I think that people are so angry and baffled at their decision no one's asked how a set of armor from the west coast and 180 years in the future ended up in West Virginia. Granted, technically it's pre-war riot armor so it could be there. I just think it's funny that one of the carrots they use is an iconic outfit from a beloved game that they didn't create. I mean, the people who loved New Vegas aren't playing Fallout 76!
