Will never happen, these people are nepo babies or know too much. last time I played it I played tale of two wastelands but I changed the levelled lists in the GECK, gave the enclave in fallout 3 the armor of the US army from a mw2 rip and m4s, killed the lore but was fucking badass. Gave the NCR the old chocolate chip gulf war camo from another mod.

TheAlmightyLoli is probably the only content creator I saw online that said something similar in their Watchman video I believe but ffs it flew over people's heads. Shame most people want to see how bad a shitshow goes for themselves, thus fueling more shitshows. This is a problem with practically every single RPG in the vein of Fallout or Elder Scrolls. Where the economy is completely broken and nonsensical. The developers and designers clearly did not know how to balance things out. And they made things harder on themselves in New Vegas by having multiple types of currency as well. MMORPGs and ARPGs have this problem as well.

New Vegas has a bunch of ways to break the economy. Gambling at casinos with high luck. Using jury rigging to repair expensive items with cheap items. Taking the gold from Dead Money. Giving yourself Barter 100 as early as possible.

This show will probably have dozens of "Myron didn't actually invent jet" moments for reddit faggots to spew going forward. "Actually the Battle of the Hoover Dam was fought by the Brotherhood against the Enclave". "The Brotherhood has always been an inclusive religious organization".

If you don't roleplay as a partial gun runner, I'm not sure what to tell you. Good weapons cost a small fortune, as the Gun Runners kiosk and Van Graff shop prove. For professional, wealthy private, and military use. Good living.

Just start it up and play around with it. GECK is one of the easiest, if not the easiest editors for an RPG, just look how many idiots made mods on Nexus as a testament to that.
If you want NPCs to change armor, you need to change their leveled lists and edit it so that they wear what you want instead of Hellfire armor, if that's your fancy. I personally also added in MW2 armor for Enclave like one above user, even made a complete revamp where each faction had it's own MW2 armor and changed most music to that of MW2(that mod was made in the early 2010s and it was for Fallout 3, it's gone now thanks to a dead hard drive. RIP). It's very easy to change most things about the game, as long as you don't get around to scripting, making new assets or building new maps from scratch.

Its kinda straightforward once you know how everything works.

Go to levelled lists and anything with enclave will be relevant. If memory serves me itll be AAEnclaveTrooper or something to that effect (AA being african american) go through all those and edit their inventory.

this is like if a baby sitter asked if there was any sex acts you don't want your child to do under their care. The fact you're even asking means you aren't a good fit. Say what you will about Twisted Metal, the showrunner and star were on the same page about trying to have the most faithful adaptation they could get away with considering the budget and lack of story overall.

Dredd had a similar behind the camera view of canon. If you're going in with the expectation that the IP owner has to set the limits, then you're a faggot.

Most of YouTube skeptic commentators, especially Fandom Menace-tubers, do not take the "stop hatewatch" advice, so they continue to hatewatch and make more clickbait videos about the movie or show based on an IP that they've recently said hatewatch, but they also keep forgetting that they're giving big corpos even more publicity, which explains why trash like Velma gets a second season.

Why would you even bother wasting time and bandwidth torrenting liquid shit? Just play Fallout again, you will get a much better experience.
Speaking of which, Fallout London is coming out later this month. Re-install Fallout 4 and get it ready for the mod, I think it's coming out in about 3 weeks so that's more than enough for one playthru. If that's not your fancy, then play Fallout New Vegas or Fallout Tale of Two Wastelands. Go play some original Fallout titles, hell go try out Fallout Tactics or some Fallout 2 mods like Sonora/Nevada, or that Old World Blues mod for HOI4. There is no shortage of content you could enjoy instead of this slop. Dare I say even Fallout 76 is a better use of your time, since the game at least has one thing going for it: The atmosphere and the the map of West Virginia, which I would kill to have ported into Fallout 4.
