So that’s what the problem was. I’ve been having stutter problems since the new update came out. Deleted UFO4P today and the game runs much better. Still get a slight slowdown rarely but nothing like the massive freezes I was getting before.

Don't let Arthmoor hear that, he'll tell you that you are spreading misinfo and are just falling for reddit propaganda and not reporting a actual issue you have experienced with the mod.

Example off the top of my head:
New ufo4p released, people start noticing vault 88s alarm isn't shutting off when it's supposed to. People do some testing and find out it's the ufo4p. Arthmoor denies it and calls everyone meanie heads and when it becomes clear via consensus it is indeed an issue with the patch he locks comments for months while scrubbing away any trail of discussion or bug reports

Now Why did he do this? Following the Fallout 4 Next Gen Patch people have started reporting that UFO4P was causing massive stutters, Arthmoor (Lead Dev) starts responding to comments saying that its Reddit misinformation and telling people they aren't following the correct steps of reproducing the bug. People reply to him saying that they are, in fact, getting the same results with nothing but UFO4P installed, Arthmoor starts deleting any comments referencing the stutters. People continue posting about how UFO4P is, more than likely, causing stutter issues in vanilla games with nothing but UFO4P installed. Arthmoor keeps deleting comments until eventually locking the comments entirely, with a new Pinned message among the sea of other pinned messages. (see top post)

Edit: oh yeah, didn't an actual Bethesda's dev step-in during one of his Skyrim Patch spergs over the restoration/Alchemy glitch? Something to the effect of a dev commenting on reddit something to the effect of "it's not a bug. We knew. It's fun. Let people do it if they want". Plus people also got assmad that he added in some cringey voice over for the first Dragon fight that used cut dialog, and he obviously raged over that too.

I don't know how true it is but I've heard that each area of the game was designed by different people and then all mashed together at the end. I kind of believe it seeing how you have places like New Reno which have almost all of the weird sex stuff in it and how the rest of the game hardly has any. Or how San Francisco has the Hubologists who feel completely out of place compared to everything else you see in the game.

4 has some out-there stuff like the Cabot House quest and Dunwich Borers. I'm honestly surprised that the Museum of Witchcraft in Salem only had a bit with a deathclaw rather than something more esoteric. I think it references a guy getting abducted from Salem by the Zeta aliens from 3's DLC, but that's about it. I had expected something more similar to Point Lookout's stuff.

oh im sure it has alot, from my vague hazy memory i remember things like weird out of place 50s gangsters that the robot pi just knows about and all kinds of things, maybe talking moles idk, enough to fill a roadside oddity museum, the world was just so bland i dont remember a lick of it.

Amazing how much of a faggot he can be eh? When you get banned off more than one mod subreddit that should be a sign for you to reflect, because even mod author worshiping redditors can't stand you. Of the top of my own head I recall him going after any mod that even remotely did the same thing he did, such as console mods that did similar stuff to his mod and the far superior RUASLEEP (Removing Unnecessary Adjustments from Special and LEgendary Edition Patches). He had Nexus mods and even fucking Bethesda under his thumb for a while, it was insane.

finished fallout 3. not as good as i remember it but it had its moments. would play fallout 4 if not for all the updates they doing so i think i wait a bit so i can mod the hell out of it.

i do wonder how fallout 5 is gonna look now that they have a tv show series going.

I have absolutely no interest in the show, I don't even want to hate-read about it, but I loathe how I can't even say I like Fallout now without the majority assuming I'm talking about the show.

The good news is I've been recommended plenty of videos reviewing or endorsing Fallout 1 and 2, many of which were uploaded pretty recently (clearly to take advantage of the IPs new popularity because of the show). No doubt these are going to be watched by many new fans also and hopefully bring some around to playing them. I started with Fallout 3 when it came out but eventually got caught up learning about all the lore from YT videos and the Wikis before eventually playing NV, 1 and 2. These are now my favourites and although I can still enjoy 3 it's easy to see it's just not up to par with the rest and I wouldn't recommend it.

There's no reason new TV show fans can't go down the same road if they really dig Fallout that much. We should welcome them. I anticipate the show will not have much staying power in the long run, it looks the same as every modern show.
