BTW this is a fake game trailer, nobody is working on this, this is a proof of concept.
Funny thing, I actually wrote a design doc on a Fallout 3 mod in China. Brings me back.
Speaking of which, Chinese are a strangely sizable part of the Fallout fanbase. They make mods for both NV and 4, there is a good amount of Chinese translations for mods, and two of the biggest Tactics mods, Enclave 1 and 2, were made by Chinese. I believe you actually need to run your computer with a Chinese locale just to run those mods, if I remember correctly. Very interesting, considering that the games are no doubt officially banned in Mainland China commercially.

This shit sounds suspicious but it wouldn’t blow my mind if it’s real.

I work in a field that deals a lot with fraud, identity theft, etc. There’s a trend you find where illegals sneak in, steal some Puerto Ricans identity, and try to lay low. After a year or so, they have been living in basically the illegal ghettos and work in the underground economy of basically slave labour for pennies.

They don’t hide no more. Don’t learn English. Drive around drunk like in Mexico and basically act like shitheads. Law enforcement even stops them for whatever and lets them go. They don’t learn about ICE, they maybe got some laughable green card copy, but basically are living openly.

Thing about this is 100% of the time they know why some white cop is banging on their door — though usually they just snag him walking to his shit truck to go to work.

Either way, shit is about to be common. I know they are asking random fed agencies that don’t deport to prepare to help with this shit.
 
I can buy this retard not knowing who ICE are since the project was restarted several times. Frontier took 7 years to make but at least it's impressive on a technical level and in scale, this looks like your average total overhaul mod that was restarted several times over because everyone involved is a retard that doesn't know what they're doing.

Fun fact, do you know why Frontier has so many out of place horror sections that don't fit the rest of the mod? That's because the guy in charge of them WAS going to make them separate, self contained New Vegas mods but he was angry that being involved with the project took time away from his side-modding, so the horror mods were shoehorned into Frontier itself. This smells like a similar situation, someone on the mod team wants to plug their own shitty mod that has nothing to do with the rest of the project. I can only imagine the mess behind the scenes, especially if the lead really is some illegal spic that barely speaks English.

Depends on the game and developer. Thankfully Bethesda is modder friendly and Fallout/TES have pretty accessible modding tools. its easy to learn but hard to master.

I know, it's kinda mystifying. But that's just how safe these guys felt with the Dems in charge. They just happened to be "undocumented", so they'd sort that out whenever they felt like getting around to it. Like fixing that broken indicator bulb on your car. They didn't consider themselves literal criminals that could be deported at any time.
