Fallout series

Not sure which format is the best one to use, frankly I like what retail New Vegas did since there is a bigger distinction between Guns and Energy Weapons vs Small Guns/Energy Weapons and Big Guns.
I believe Sawyer came out and said they couldn't exactly find a good gameplay fit for the Big Guns skill, which lines up with what everyone has said about those weapons in the other games not really having a good niche.

Like, seriously, "Don't Tag Big Guns" is near the top of "things not to do" in the Fallout games for a reason.

has fully released his heavily-anticipated 45+ minute SFM film
There is more passion and kino in a video made in Source engine than what ever the muttmerican Hollywood is making today. Once again an Asian autist had to step in and provide the fix for the kino addicts out there.

We are so back to getting that nuclear
I'm glad he finished this and didn't burn out or turn into a patreon bun after working on the project for so long. I've been ignoring his wip parts after being spoiled on the halo one a few years ago and wanting to watch it all in one go.

I hate GW so much, dude
They are the absolute worst and British

I know I keep harping on about him, but I absolutely despise all these hoarders who pretend they don't have any exclusive, rare builds and actively guard any knowledge they might contain in their secret club discords.
Do you have any proof to back this up, or are you just tard raging over some made up sin he committed? I saw a single comment from him about how he knew about the builds for a minute, but then immediately followed that up with how excited he was to actually dig through the release. I have never heard of Dev builds for FNV being found, outside of the two Dev Kits that everyone is talking about and are actually getting released.

fallout 1 and 2 fucking sucked and the only good one in the entire ip is new vegas

fallout is the only entry in the series that really captured the darkness and desolation of the post apocalypse. I remember in the middle of traveling the map stopping off at some random beach. Not even a random encounter. Quietly listening to this

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EaRiY7WkMhw&list=PLC0C2A6BCA6040BC8&index=2

and sitting and relaxing just as if I was a traveler in the game itself resting at a quiet deserted uncharted beach lost in the middle of nowhere taking a brief respite from a journey through an vast uncharted desolete nowhere. Just sitting and watching the pixelated water lapping back and forth next to a pixelated animal skull and looking across the ocean just wondering what horrors lurked beyond the distant horizon.

No other game in the franchise since has drawn me in the same way. Every other game increasingly feels like a post apocalypse amusement park ride in comparison.

Even New Vegas. I don't like nearly as much as the original. Yeah it tries more than the other entries and it has some clever ideas but the drama feels like something a committee or a college student would come up with for a creative writing homework assignment. You can feel the trademark obsidian uptightness start to creep in. And the writing has tons of holes as well, just not as obnoxious as bethesda. Plus I generally find western cowboy settings to be bland. With only a few standouts like RDR impressing me.

In away its quite like diablo where the only truly good one, aside from being a casino simulator was the original most people barely know about..

I already posted an archived link proving he has access to the TGS build. and has since 2021 There should still be a privated video link where he went over it in greater detail and a lot of what we see now was present in that video, that includes the half-face emulation glitch(and plenty of other visual glitches, it was the messiest state I have ever seen New Vegas in). I watched the video when it came out and it has been brought to my attention he privated the video at some point and tried to sweep it under the rug, pretending he doesn't have access to the build. This is like the third time I am posting about this, if you can't read that is not my problem.

Big Guns are surprisingly balanced in Fallout 2, you can find the Big Bazooka in Sierra Army Depot, meanwhile you can find an LSW or M60 in New Reno. This is midgame content, sure, but veteran players will know how to get there early on into the game. That's not mentioning the Bozars you can steal off the NCR guards, altho I think they removed those in the Restoration Patch for balancing purposes. I modded Fallout Tactics to give a few big guns(and energy weapons) to the player early on, also surprisingly balanced considering that there is energy weapons/big guns recruits even early on, but in the base game you only start seeing these weapons in the mid game. I balanced this out by putting small amounts of ammunition and the crappiest of energy/big gun weapons in the early game, small guns and melee should still be the focus for most recruits and players by this point but now certain builds will have a little bit more firepower. As for Fallout 1, well yeah it's a waste of a tag skill since there is only 3 big guns and all three are late game weapons. New Vegas handled this pretty well, heavy variations of both guns and energy weapons will appeal to high STR users and should be seen as a reward for certain builds rather than a whole class of weapons on their own. Likewise, I will give credit to Fallout 3 for actually giving players an early to mid game big gun as well, if you're going to have the skill in the game might as well balance it out. Not sure if I should take away that point for immediately fucking up with Fallout 4 for giving players a minigun within the first 15 minutes of the game, tho.

This is like the third time I am posting about this, if you can't read that is not my problem.
I genuinely searched every instance of you mentioning Triangle City or TGS on this thread and the site in general, and also every time you mentioned TGS (though I only searched for TGS in this thread) as well.
I know a reliable source who tells me he has the beta footage from TGS2010 show of NV PS3 version but he won't release any footage of it...or rather, he HAD footage of the game but deleted the video when his discord nigger friends told him to. He's
This and a slightly shortened version of the same statement you posted in the Fallout show thread are the only times I saw you mention the him having this secret build.
If you actually have that link handy it would be interesting, but all I can find from you talking about it is literal discord hear-say.

This isn't discord hearsay, I watched the damn video when it released. It's not around, it's been privated.
More archive links
Check the dates, late April 2021
This means the video was released shortly afterwards, in early May probably, but by July(the closest Wayback Machine link I can find) it's no longer there.
I watched the video once and then when I was told it's no longer around, I couldn't find it again. I had the link to the video itself once upon a time, must have posted it on 4chan or 8chan but I don't know if I have it on me right now. Like I said, won't do you or me any good since you can't watch the video. Even if I did lie about it, the tweets prove he has the September builds, and had them for 4 years now.

I might look around for the link in the archives, if you really want your curiosity sated to prove it existed, but it would be more interesting to simply talk about what was in the video itself. Let's just say the game was very buggy and unstable, not sure how much of that was the emulator itself but the game was in no way playable at that point. Lots of glitches, visual bugs, LOD issues, creatures passing thru the ground, you name it. I can only imagine how the PS3 port fared, I can believe the devs when they said it was a miracle the game shipped on the PS3 at all if this is how the superior 360 build ran.

Edit: He admits he released the video here
Thing is, he's trying to pass off the TGS build as if it's "almost complete", like you're not missing out on anything by him not releasing it or footage of it. That's bullshit, the video he released(and privated) on it was very similar to the recent leaks, ie a lot of different stuff, except it was really buggy. Very unstable too, he even made a note of it.
Point I am making is that he is a liar and a grifter, he released something he shouldn't have and then when his discord buddies told him to pull up, he tried to make the TGS build into a nothingburger.

its not that he has the only copy its that his discord is the only large group of people combing the files right now, thats where the texture dumping tool for xbox files came from.

Here is a video released on the same day the tweets were made
There you go @Serbian Peacekeepers . Thing is that this is not the video I am talking about, he made another one shortly afterwards that went over more of the content, a "deep dive" of the TGS beta if you will. That video is now gone. Anyways, I think this video by itself shows the gist of what the build was, it's just a damn shame the other one isn't there anymore, would have loved to compare the changes in that build to the ones in the new leaked ones.

I'm not going to get anymore into this, but I'm really starting to think you just misremembered what was in the video, and now you think it was some massive changes he hid for some reason.
TGS 2010 was September 26 through 29, FNV released October 19th. That isn't even a month of difference between the two. What massive changes could they have done between the two in that short span of time?
he is a liar and a grifter,
You are accusing a FNV youtuber of being both a Liar and a grifter, all over a video you can't prove exists outside of a "reliable discord source", your own memory, and a alleged link on fucking 4chan or 8chan. I think you need to take a step back and rethink if this really happened, or if you got details confused.

Fallout as a franchise acts like a decapitated chicken, runs looses blood, does maybe a cool thing and then flops dead (or stays living as a weird decapitated chicken)

South Korean animator SODAZ, known for his high-quality SFM action films in settings such as Warhammer 40k, S.T.A.L.K.E.R., and Halo, has fully released his heavily-anticipated 45+ minute SFM film depicting the siege of the Brotherhood-held Helios One by the New California Republic (NCR) in the events preceding Fallout: New Vegas. The full movie took 2 years and 8 months to produce.
I haven't finished this yet, but it's amazing how good it is for being in SFM. SFM is such a amazing dogshit program, it suffers from so many issues that valve never bothered to fix and never will, but this one crazy South Korean can use it to make all of this. If he ever moves over to blender, everyone is fucked, he will be unstoppable.

I've been thinking about this recently and I've had this same feeling myself. The TV show has alot of weird 'Marvel Humor
I think it is more a flavor of that Druckmann style subversion, except it leans towards comedy because modern Fallout is desperately trying to channel Borderlands. Fallout is supposed to have "dark humor" so they went into the TV show and decided to have everything be a weird violent Family Guy tier joke where someone explodes into gore.
fallout is the only entry in the series that really captured the darkness and desolation of the post apocalypse.
Fallout 3 also does this but people get mad when 3 gets any kind of praise.

I actually have some vague memory of this too. Forgot all about this guy until the recent videos though.

This happens whenever early build shit comes up. Some faggot hordes it in his secret little discord cabal because it makes them feel special to have exclusive stuff nobody else does.

That being said, if it is just the TGS build it cant have been all that different from release.

I really appreciate the usage of some of the FO4 assets like Power armor and laser weaponry, not everything was a complete crapshoot in the art design. Using "Ad Victoriam" was nice too.

also RIP Hunting Shotgun Veteran, gone but not forgotten
>Rangers properly clear rooms, check corners
>NCR troopers sloppily open doors and expose themselves to lines of fire
>Heavy Troopers are a mix of training ultimately fuck up

God I love when you have at least proper tactics and gunplay in fiction.

In the war between the Brotherhood and the NCR, the victor is truly the Legion.
This, but instead of Kissinger it’s Vulpes.

I thought the gore was supposed to be a reference to bloody mess.

Cause its been 200 years and the capital wasteland should be in a better state compared to the east coast. Even the explanation of "its the capital so they got hit harder" only applies to the actual DC ruins not the whole CW.

Did you guys hear about the discourse around the backyardigans pilot being kept "lost media" by the backyardigan wiki admins for years?
Its bad when one guy hoards his cool stuff but it's even worse when its a coordinated effort.
