It's by far the best fallout game I've ever played (and I've played all of them). The voice acting, story, and graphics are much, much better than anything in fallout 3. Also the voiced character adds a lot of emotion to the gameplay that wouldn't be there otherwise.

If you loved Fallout 3 and the idea of the usual Bethesda bugs and the new dialog system doesn't turn you off, I absolutely don't see any reason that you wouldn't love Fallout 4 too. The real choice is whether to buy now or wait until later when it's on sale and there's more mods.

New Vegas is the best Fallout in my opinion. Obsidian should have the Fallout IP, they do much better with plot than Bethesda.

But Obsidian did so much better with New Vegas than Bethesda did with 3, you can't deny this.
They also have many former Interplay employees, and Interplay was the company behind the original Fallout games.

Oblivion and Skyrim are overrated pieces of shit. The plot and dark humor of NV are so much deeper than Bethesda's cookie-cutter generic fantasy/apocalypse plots.
I wouldn't mind seeing NV recognized as a piece of art, really.
