Fallout series

Starting to see why LGBTP like New Vegas so much. Lots of faggots and dykes in it. I wanted the doctor to join my team but turns out he's a faggot so I'm obligated to murder him.
Don't. Bide your time. When you're done with his personal quest, you can sell him into slavery.
And you can keep his family's Telsa Power Armor. God bless America.

Another reason the alphabet brigade like NV: whoever wrote it really hates pronouns for some reason. As in, they really go out of their way to not use pronouns at all. It's especially noticeable in Dead Money

Unpopular opinion: I can see what they were doing with the "letting go" theme, but it makes for some really, really awkward dialog.

Really? Are you sure it's not just Chris Avellone's aggravating disdain for subjects (grammatically speaking)?

I was playing Caravan and it just occurred to me: once a game is finished, the two players then have to separate the cards back into their respective decks. That's gonna be a nightmare between two relative strangers in a post-war environment. I imagine more people get shot over whose cards are whose than the outcome of the game itself.

If I remember right Obsidian was given a very strict spoken word limit for the dlcs, so they probably just didn't want to record two variations of a line. That's also why you get a mute side character and EDE as companions in Dead Money and Lonesome Road respectively.

Troons love New Vegas for a myriad of reasons. It is a game that allows you to kill a faction of nasty white male fascists who spout traditional incel rhetoric. It has fag perks you can take, shit like that. It is also just popular and submerged deeply in modern gaming culture, which means Troons have to glom on to it and infect it and it's sub cultures as much as humanely possible.

I'm pretty sure someone here said something about that a few pages back or in some cases it was something like them having loved the game before they trooned out and eventually other troons would up adopting the game through memetics.

I decided to finally play the Nuka World story, since I normally just murder all the raiders, and just like with the Minutemen, I'm the Overboss yet I get bossed around by my second in command, but more importantly Cage tells you that the gangs are growing restless due to spending a whole year just shitting themselves and doing nothing, so naturally the first part of the story involves you singlehandedly clearing the park and distributing the land among the gangs, and not a single one of this supposed "restless gangs" even suggests going with you to clear the park, fucking lazy ass niggers. You should at least have the option of taking one of the gangs with you to storm the parks.

It's almost like they don't want you to have fun or be "evil".

After seeing this video, I decided to try the jinxed unarmed build and it's pretty annoying with companions. Vic keeps dropping his gun/losing all ammo. Sulik knocks himself down with his own hammer. One funny thing was that I managed to get rid of Kaga in the first encounter with him, after he critically missed and knocked himself down and I broke both of his legs.
Also just found out they're making a Fallout TV series. Got briefly excited but then I realized that it will be based on Bethesda games.

Yeah Fallout 4 suffered greatly from not being able to be Evil, or at least not be the goody two shoes that helps everyone on his path, sure you can just ignore the Minutemen questlines, but its clear the devs wanted you to join them, they are the one faction you can not completely wipe out of the game.
Nah, only the latter part, when you can storm the Commonwealth and raiding some settlements, not before.
I liked the second part but it only made the fact that you have to clear the entire park solo even dumber, why can't I take a gang with me and clear the park I want to assign to them?
