I'll just say this since it's not relevant to the thread, but you get some endings that imply that you may or may not have found a solution to your problem, or at least prolong until you find the right treatment. Johnny is shaped based on how you interact with him and others. I enjoyed it.

So is every franchise I've liked since I was a kid. I fucking hate it, and there isn't much newer stuff that's good. Why I try not to get attached to the universe of games I like but I can't help myself. I just cope by picking and choosing what I like. In Fallout's case, most of the east coast stuff that Bethesda has shat out is non-canon. I still refuse to believe Washington DC didn't get bombed to shit and still winds up being a complete shithole despite being 200 years after the bombs fell. Both Fallout 3 and 4 feel like the bombs dropped fairly recently.

It's ironic to because it's free advertising as well. People screech on the internet and it brings attention to it. I don't like the show either but I accepted the series would go this route awhile back. Mixed on it though, since it let's Bethesda know that old fans don't like it, but its not like they're going to fix it lmao.

they basically kinda have the same gameplay loop but pretty much it's a really fun story game where you're kind of a see pirate with a bunch of monsters with heavy rpg there's absolutely no voice acting so feel free just skip it if you don't like games with long amounts of scrolling text

please similar to fallout one and two but also has a much more I'd say subterranean post apocalyptic setting you get to fight giant rat monsters you can also kidnap women and sell them to the rat king which is hilarious and you should always do.

Age of wonders actually really fun if you like turn based RPG's
but basically every franchise that I grew up on is either stopped existing populace all gone completely and utterly woke thanks fable but then again fable 2 and three kinda sucked



As for the fallout franchise I'm just gonna start pirating the games from this point on if I have the need to play any future installments


which sucks because it was really what it got me into post apocalyptic RPG's

They retcon Joshua Graham into no longer being a faithful Mormon but instead a very generic Universalist "believe in whatever you want" 'Christian' sect like from Fallout 4.

Walton Goggins is the only good part of this show. Everything else is bog-standard Amazonslop bullshit with a mid-tier white woman and a preachy dumb nigger. They should’ve just written the show around him instead of forcing a dumb nepobitch.

how did you finish Fo3 but not 1 which is probably the shortest lol, im trying to get Fo3 working right now to finally do the dlcs

I think it's the least awful part of the show. They basically gave him an MLG montage where he just destroys people without even aiming, I don't really know why because at that point he was already likeable enough.

I also love that he gets to stand around and monologue as enemies just stare at him instead of shooting him on the spot, even if he makes his intentions clear that he is going to kill them. I guess someone picked the "ghoul cowbow" idea out of a hat and they all went along with it because it sounded cool.
 
Replaying Fallout 1 in 2's engine. Just because you know.
To properly establish your dominance as a supreme gigachad, you must 1v1 a Deathclaw with your bare hands. No chems, no power armor, and no fist weapons.
Step 1: Cripple its legs to remind the Deathclaw it is just an animal

This is imperative. These arrogant overgrown lizards have killed too many humans. They need to be brought back down to earth.

Step 2: Styling on its bitch ass.

Its helpless with its AP more or less halved. You have to dispatch it with grace. I highly recommend the 1 in 2 mod for this so you can alternate between kicks and punches. As you can see, the killing blow was a snap kick to its eyes. When it's knocked down, I recommend hammer punching the eyes as well. You can cripple all of its limbs for emphasis, but I find it better to dispatch it like every other inferior creature.
