Filtering out the radiant quests there are 37 unique side quests in Skyrim
Fallout 4 by contrast has only 9 side quests that are not radiant fetch quests or related to the main quest
Fallout New Vegas has a whopping 56 unique side quests.
It's always been there yes but it's gotten far worse.

The paper doll pip boy icons in FO London look very stupid and childish. If they didn't want to hire an artist to make custom icons they should have just used the vanilla Vault Boy Icons.

They played Beyond The Boulder Dome and that mod was even more boring. They will definitely play this, if they can get it to work and not crash all the time. Speaking of which, I wonder if they will do a watch-along for the Fallout show like they did for Halo season 1.

There is a cheevo in F4 for completing 10 side quests. It has a completion rate of 31.1%.
The cheevo for Reaching level 25: 41.4% of players.
The cheevo for killing 300 creatures: 37.6%
The cheevo for killing 300 people: 32.5%
To give some context level 25 is mid game and it takes about 20-40 hours to kill 300 of something.

Pretty much every sex interaction as a female can be substituted with her, letting you pimp her out to dozens of NPCs as you presumably watch. Ive used the c.a.m.p mod and turrned the us embassy into an enclave base. The story sucks, but its fun turning brits into plasma melted skeletons.
Also tenpenny's back and let's you blow up a ferris wheel. I always spare tenpenny.

Some more stupid shit I found.
Early on there's a factory you find that makes British Cram or whatever and there's currently a dispute going on between the owner that wears a top hat and a monocle (because capitalism bad amiright my fellow redditors?) and the leader? I guess of the workers who is a Communist that quotes Marx over not getting paid proper wages.
You can either side with the Communist guy and shoot Mr Peanut in the face which results in the workers commandeering the factory and your reward is like 20 caps and a variant of one of those shitty pipe pistols that you already have a dozen of.
If you side with Mr peanut you kill the Communists and he refuses to pay you because lol capitalism.
There is a third option where you can suggest that pay be tied to performance and everyone is happy and you get like 200 caps.
The mutant fish have extremely poor quality models, they all look like they're wearing Michael Meyers masks. They look nothing like fish and when I first found them I actually did think they were some sort of raider faction wearing Halloween masks, I only realized they were supposed to be the fish people when one of the dialogue options mentioned gills. At least in the Frontier the lizard people actually looked like lizards.
I found a Mr Gutsy robot follower who screams about tea and crumpets every 3 seconds and despite being a better fighter he annoyed me so much that I ditched him for the Bulldog again.
Bethesda is incredibly lucky that all of their fans are somehow even worse at making games than they are.

Is the main quest linear or do you get to choose which faction you want to side with, like in Fallout NV/4? Multiple endings and main quest paths might just save this dumpster fire. Even Frontier got a little better once you sided with Legion or Crusaders.

Oh yea I forgot to mention that this mod does that Starfield thing where everyone is instantly nice and accepting of you and faultlessly polite. Even in base Fallout 4 a lot of people are cocks to you or at are least suspicious of you initially since you're an outsider right.
Not so here, everyone accepts you instantly and there's even a dialogue option in pretty much every conversation where you can tell them you are a lobotomite or clone or whatever that escaped from a British Enclave lab and everyone is just like "oh yea? hey that's amazing welcome to new Crumpetburg friend!"
No one is concerned that you might be an Enclave spy, or infected with a disease or whatever, You're their new best friend.
@30+GameOvers the only main faction I've met are the Knights Of the Round Table who are the Brotherhood of Steel in this game. I presume the Enclave/Institute like mad scientist group that you escape from in the beginning are the main evil faction although I'm not far in enough to confirm that since they haven't shown up again.
