The answer is Trannies and the type of people who become trannies basically. Only someone not engaged in something productive has enough time to make a gigantic video game mod overhaul. A lot of the people not engaged in something productive are basement dwelling trannies with autism who get hyper fixated on a project.
These people also tend to be the type of people who make x series in Y platform. For example The Frontier is basically Metal Gear Solid inside Fallout. They lack real creativity.
