He means the fact if someone with a cock larger than Diameter of 3 rapes you, you roll to see if you take damage and/or die.
Also, Age 0? Is that a typo?
@Caddchef oh hey, another gruagarch ogre. I rolled Berserker (which oddly enough shows on all Ogre species class rolls, but doesn't have Ogre listed in the races section of its description..weird).

The easiest way to solve this is probably just to roll a single d1000 (FATAAAAAAALL!!) to determine a propper age.
