You can use this, it's still super complex but i think i have the hang of it so if you get stuck let me know.

First step is to take the stats you rolled and put them on the first two pages, then the sheet will work out what skill points you get and you are free to allocate them to whatever skills you want, don't forget racial and occupational perks which can be found in the race and occupation sections of the source book and have their own field on the character sheet.

Yeah the skill point system in FATAL is derpy. Each age category has a skill dice, and you roll that for every year you've passed in that category, then add them all together (or put them in year by year, depending how your GM insists you do it). Like everything with FATAL it's incredibly overcomplicated.
@Ryuuzaki (L) like I just described above. what you want to do is go look at the source book (it'll be in the unzipped folder if you used my zip to get the character generator) and work through the skills stuff. Or look at the following two images, and roll some digital dice to get your skill points, then go and start filling in the character sheet using the instructions i put on the previous pages.

Your new character is an 8 year old kobold, so he'd be in the Puberty stage.
You'd get 2 rolls of the infant dice which is 1d8-1 per year (so roll 2d8 and -2 from it), 5 rolls of the child dice which are the same (so roll 5d8 and -5 from it), and then 1 from the puberty dice which is 1d6-1. Then add the total of those rolls and that's your pool of skillpoints to play with, unless @Splendid Meat Sticks says otherwise.
For the most part, the character sheet is literally just copy/pasting stats from the Fatal.txt you already have into the first two tabs (the general and Skill Modifiers tabs) before you choose your skills.

Edit: Right, I'm gonna get some sleep because fuck FATAL. If any of you are having trouble with the character sheets or dice rolls, PM me and I can enter the data for you and/or do some dice rolling for you (will screenshot the rolls for proof)
Also @Caddchef you might want to change your personal sheet's link, it has no default share permissions it would appear and requires requesting permission to view.

Oh yeah, if you guys don't wanna roll skillpoints for each and every year of your life, feel free to take the maximum that you could possibly have ÷ 2 instead.

That's an insane amount of SP. Your dwarf must have hit one hell of a rich mineral vein. Definitely a better choice than the little girl you rolled last time though

I liked Sybil just because I realized that she could kill people with her bare hands with no penalty. I think it illustrated that despite having so many combat rules FATAL couldn't even get the obvious parts right. I'm still not sure what I'm going to buy yet. I would spend it all on slaves but I'd probably have to fill out all their information too.
 
Sigh..I hate calculating things for fatal so damn much. Finally found tables for the scores and mods and how they affect things...but the increments are inconsistent, and apparently follow a "curvilinear" format which is retardedly complex.
Ok, I figured out a calculation that should get the right Modifiers if you just input your ability/sub-ability scores now. Unfortunately it seems to prove that the char gen may occasionally mess up your Bodily Attractiveness mod (mine threw out a 95 when it should have been 99).
To reiterate: Now you just need to put in your Ability (and sub-ability) Scores in column B (Score) on the Skill Modifiers tab (either rolled manually or from the character generator) and it'll calculate the modifiers for you. Which will then be used to calculate ability modifiers for the skills tab. Enjoy!

@Splendid Meat Sticks feel free to chuck that sheet link and this link (download of sourcebook and chargen in one zip file) up in the OP, might be useful.

Either just copy/paste them from your Fatal.txt or look up the tables matching your modifers (and height, for speed) if you rolled manually.

EDIT 2, Edit Harder:
Ok, done most of the sheet now, only a few of the retard-level complicated bits are manually entered, but they're literally just copy-paste from Fatal.txt or read from the tables in the book if you're manually rolling up your character.
Otherwise, just put in your Basic Features on the tab of the same name (first tab), put your Ability Scores in on the Skill Modifier tab (second tab), and your skill points on the Skills tab (third tab) wherever you want to apply them.
Now that I've got all this retarded shit done, I can finally enter my own character's info, yay!

Sorry for double-posting. Just thought I'd point out to @Splendid Meat Sticks and the rest of you - it says roll 3d10 for the "senses" skills in the source book, for whatever reason. It also then mentions putting the result of these rolls in the "points invested" column, but since that would make it messy (and fuck up some of the calculations), I'd recommend people put them in the blank boxes I've provided next to each sense-skill in the "Ability Mods" column. <3
-This applies to the skills "Sight","Smell", "Sound", "Taste" and "Touch". You can always screencap/snip the dice roll screen (if you're using the wizards dice roller) if you're worried people think you're cheating on this
Big Note about the vision stat that's included in some skills. I've had to fiddle a lot to do any incorporation of this into the skills page, but if a skill has "vision" as part of it's associated ability mods, it gets a bit complicated.
If your character is not near-sighted, ignore this part.
If Near-sighted, you have to take a penalty to the skills that use vision. I've provide a box at the bottom to put your vision range (just the number, no text please) in feet. This will modify the relevant skills for you! So you won't need to go refer to another bloody table in the book. You're welcome

EDIT: Even More Edits!
Noticed there is in fact no Animal Handling skill in the skill table of the source book, despite multiple references to it. Since we're really unlikely to need this skill, I suggest rolling any bonuses for it into "Animal Conditioning", which already is a skill and treating Animal Handling checks as Animal Conditioning checks. What do you think @Splendid Meat Sticks ?

EDIT 2:
Also adding a box down the bottom to keep track of any Weapons(General) and Weapons (Specific) skill points you may have for your chosen weapons.
Have added same for Armour(General) and Armour(Specific) as well as Weapon Mastery.

Alright, I think that the Animal handling vs. Animal Conditioning thing is one of many typos. So I'll go with @ActualKiwi's solution.

Also, ActualKiwis file is currently better than the official chargen. I'll maybe see about getting it added to the /tg/ fatal archive, if I can figure out who runs it.

Also, I'm going on the honor system for dice rolls. No need to screencap things. You could go ahead and abuse my trust to roll up a funny character and I wouldn't mind either.
