I remember reading a story where a tornado came close to the owners house and was rattling it; his shepard was pissed and barking out the windows and wanted outta the house to attack the tornado. These dogs are fearless.
 
screw pit bulls give me a czechslovakian wolf dog, or a South Russian ozschetivia dog. those dogs are ten times more manlier than pits.
although I am quite fond of huskies and malamutes. especially malamute puppers cute little fluffballs.

For those like me who dont speak stalinisk its a caucasian sheperd dog. :biggrin: and they look awesome like lions.
My parents really loved Tibetan mastifs which look a lot like them, diffrent colors though and a lot smaller but if you want a fluffy loveble easygoing dog i recommend them , easygoing dont apply to strangers though they will be murdered. Still remember our Tibetan as a kid, great dogs to use as a pillow for napping.

Chihuahuas.

They get a bad rep, but I love them a lot. Feisty, onrey, cuddly and loyal.

I also love how bossy they try to be to each other and they don't take each other seriously.


German Shepherds are a close second.
 
Huskies and Irish terriers, ideally as a mixed breed.

They are killing machines, shouldnt be treated as a house pet more as a tool if anything. That one of the great things about dogs they can be molded to what ever you need them to be.

I have a weakness for stövar hounds, smart, tough, durable dogs.
