I guess in America, everybody gets something they want eventually no matter how shitty they are. Back in Vietnam, it's either you work hard to live and even have a family or be lazy and die in poverty. I always thought Chris will be homeless but it seems that he probably won't and will have a roof over his head and vidya throughout his life and if lucky, have a caretaker wife. Sure I'm in college and have a job but I still don't think it's fair that some people like that stupid 40 something year old man gets to have a caretaker wife whereas the poor in Vietnam lives in slums yet work harder than him yet for less money. Maybe I'm lucky to live in America but I don't know. It just surprises me that a loser can live a dream of a sheltered life in America because we don't have that in Vietnam.
If it makes you feel better... the "dream" he's pursued his whole life has turned out to be completely empty. Chris is horribly depressed every waking moment, he lived in a shitpile til it burned down, now he's in a temporary residence which his meemaw will soon turn into a new shitpile because he's too much of a pussy to stand up to her. And he will never have a caretaker wife. Chris is going to live and die completely alone once Barb is gone.

I wonder how much State Farm will love them after Hoardzilla fucks up the nice rental they're in. And she will.

already has. what with all the junk their "salvaging" from the husk of 14bc.

It's not fair that there are hardworking people around the world that live in poverty while some :stupid: :briefs: :julay: in America live in comfort, :tugboat: but that's how it is. :(
The United States is a very affluent nation overall, compared to most of the world.

That's why I'm in America because it's easier to find a career compared to most countries. And American colleges encourage you to think and form your own opinions.

People are often their own worst enemy. And in the end, you reap what you sow. Chris makes this point better than any other example I can think of.

Nothing brings me more happiness than the idea of Chris dying alone and in poverty. Mainly because he's a hateful person who has never shown any sort of initiative or ambition, unless he was making fun of his only fan.

But what if he never becomes homeless or institutionalized?

Then his life will probably be a cycle of what he's doing now: playing video games, wandering around town getting yelled at and staring creepily at people when not playing his DS, and trouble with the law. Chris has little or nothing to go on in his life and no desire to change his routine. Nothing will change him unless it's a forcible change, and only something as severe as losing his home or being put in an institution will even come close to that. This is a guy who probably wouldn't change his lifestyle even after a major health scare.

He'd most certainly be in poverty if he was homeless *yawn* . Institutionalization is always a possibility given the deterioration of his mental faculties but I think it's far more likely he'll be thrown in prison.

Edit: No matter what, he dies alone and unloved so I guess everyone wins?

Right on. Imagine the smell from the junk Hoardzilla is slowly bringing in. Wet, moldy, smoke. Ew. That rental is going to be a wreck one the human bug infestation and Fatty finally move out.

Are you some kind of white knight?

Oh hell no! It's just that some people here think he won't be homeless and I call BS on that! I always thought Chris would be homeless! Also, I'm Vietnamese and Chris has far more privileges even in poverty than the poor in my country. Second, he doesn't work for anything just to have a roof over his head. He may have diabetes yes but even that, his death would be relatively comfortable to how poor people die in my country if he dies in an unsupervised apartment or home where he would be allowed to play vidya in peace.

My money is that Chris finds some new, spectacular way to fail that impresses us all.

Anyway we're off topic.

Oops. Then I guess I'll go with what most people said; insurance and the :tugboat: won't be enough to save OPL.

He's going somewhere, trust me. It makes no difference whether it's the streets, the prison or the insane asylum. Personally my money's on the insane asylum.

Same. That's my prediction too.
