What the actual fuck? "the Loud Noise?" Was Banshee the acting doctor on the floor at the time, Chris?

"Loud Noise"TM
This makes me wonder if Chris was in the room when Bob passed if he blames it on a single event he would try to stop.

This is the same sort of thing that suddenly made him believe Megan was the troll queen years after she was gone. He runs so many scapegoats into the ground that the old ones' failure to make his life better can get tiring to him after a while, but he needs to blame something outside of himself so he just rewrites history and comes up with another.

I assume Chris needs not only a singular, tightly defined thing to blame, but also something that has as little as possible to do with him, his terrible sloth-mom and their neglect for Bob when he was but a frail, bed-ridden shadow of his former self that was being eaten alive by bugs.

So, of course, it wasn't the sickness or the bugs or the garbage or any of the things that could be tied back to Chris or Barb. It was a "loud noise" made by the staff.

I guess Chris does genuinely miss Bob, but it's no big secret he also misses the times when he could just kick back, play vidya all day and Bob had to humor Barbs idiotic whims and solving the family's problems cause he was the only sane and responsible person in the household.

Let's think about this seriously for a second. If Bob were alive today, he'd be 90. Not only is that well above the life expectancy for a man in the US, even Chris didn't expect Bob to make it far past 2015. I mean, it might've been nice for Chris to have a few more years with his father (not that he'd appreciate them), but frankly it's a miracle Bob lasted as long as he did considering the conditions he lived in.

Point is, even if Bob had lived beyond 2011, Chris would still be without a father now.

And to think "loud noises" scare me. I'm lucky I didn't have the same conditions Bob had.

Those were GOOD AND HEALTHY bugs
If they were bad bugs they would have been sickly but they were huge, well fed and thriving....positively glowing

Chris's memory and grasp on reality are fading by the day. How the fuck is he going to handle Barb's death is she's crushed by the hoard? "I wish i could go back in time and stop gravity from killing my poor mother. If gravity didn't exist she would just fine right now."

Chris genuinely believes the nurses are responsible for Bob's death, but rather than exhibit anger in his delusion, he expresses how he misses being taken care of. We saw how choked up he was walking down memory lane in his last video. I'm convinced part of him sincerely misses his father... but what he actually misses is everything his father did for him.
