If the question is: "Do you believe that Chris' primary motivation for dressing and acting like a woman is to get laid?", my answer is no.

I can't prove it, but it is the conclusion I have come to. Here are some reasons

If he were just doing it to get laid:
I don't think he would bother dressing like a woman for non-attraction outings like a court hearing.
I don't think he would go through the uncomfortable and unnecessary rigamarole of strapping down the duck.
I don't think he would bother with hormone treatments.
I think he would have fucked up by now, and said that the whole thing was a ploy to get laid fairly directly.

I really believe that Chris honestly thinks of himself as transgendered. I don't know how well he understands the issues. I don't know if it is just a manifestation of some other weird issue he is having. So I don't know if he is legitimately transgendered. But I think he believes it.

Sex with a lesbian, or someone who wants him because he is a "woman" validates that. That's why he wants it. That and sex is usually a good time.

I mean I'm sure the tranny thing is routed in honesty somewhere. Christian just seems to have stumbled into the LGBT community. At first he was like wait what? Weirdos like me are accepted here? I want in! He even goes ahead and shows his acceptance of gays, cuz it makes him feel good (seriously, his support for the gay is completely self-serving and transparent. He's like those assholes on facebook who make statuses proclaiming their support for gay rights for everyone to see, like its not just automatically expected of all millenials). He didn't even acknowledge his past feelings with homosexuals, it was like he completely washed over them to get to the creamy center of acceptance. He notices that all the weirdos in this community are fucking each other willy nilly. That means he's bound to get his turn at the crazy sex wheel right? Once Christian realizes this isn't happening we'll see what he thinks of all this. Once Christian gets excommunicated from the LGBT community let's see what his opinions are. He's in this for himself, not cuz he's supporting LGBT. He's just enjoying playing the part for now. It really excites him that he thinks this is what he's spent his whole life living without. Once his dreams are crushed we'll see.

Not really because these guys created the "cotton ceiling" and there are a lot of articles, posts from angry guys who use the exact rhetoric.
The cotton ceiling was invented in 2012 by trans women who got salty because lesbians weren't attracted to them. Basically it's the trans version of the friend zone: Lesbians are friends with trans women but they don't want to have sex with them. So they made a workshop ironically with the support of planet parenthood:

This resulted in a small internet war between trans women and lesbians who don't want to have their sexuality controlled. Why controlled? Oh well because these guys argue with things like "I identify as female therefore my penis is female too and if lesbians aren't attracted to me they are bigots." There was a heavy backlash against these guys and so the cotton ceiling disappeared but not the rhetoric.

In 2014 this mindset resulted into the ugly harassment of a lesbian pornstar named Lilly Cade who refused to have sex with a trans woman. And these guys are still very salty on tumblr, reddit and other sites.

I'm sure Chris will not call lesbians bigots for not validating his identity or refusing to get near his penis.

Chris says he has "Noiophobia" which is a condition he made up about fearing women being paired up which developed after asking out potential sweethearts and being told they already have a boyfriend which might have been the case but it's also a common excuse to spare feelings being hurt when women aren't interested.
