I'm not going to say anything bad about Chris as a pet owner because it sounds like he went through the right motions when it comes to caring for an animal who gets hurt. Even with that taken into account though, a family who is being taken to court for unpaid debts in the tens of thousands should not be adding to their pet expenses.
The second half of this post that stops talking about the new cat is more interesting. Chris seems to think that the money he wastes at the beginning of the month shouldn't put people off from donating to him at the end of it which is baffling logic. If he didn't blow all the money he gets at the start of the month on Pokemon cards and Transformers toys he'd have more to spend at the end and wouldn't need to beg as much, so I don't get why he thinks he's getting one over on his trolls by saying what he did.
It's been telling that the whole time he was financially comfortable from video request donations that he made no Youtube videos. He won't do anything video related for free nowadays and if that, coupled with his laziness to even share his phone number doesn't put people off donating, then nothing will.
