I find it weird that Chris is even complaining about this in the first place, mostly because there's these large gaps between similar posts. It's been a while since he last complained about Sonic's arms, so it's weird the post popped up with pretty much the same insignificant threat me made last time.

Reminiscent of Chris's scotched trip to MagFest. He was forbidden to go (though his plan of sleeping in the hotel lobby was actually wrong, not just Barb clutching at him) and I doubt Barb would have let him go even for a day trip.

A six hour drive to one of the largest cities in the world? Unthinkable.

Lol the replies that are already flooding that post are hilarious. From outright calling Chris out to someone actually supporting his claims that this rework sucks.

Apparently, discussing the replies to the status that Chris wrote on is off-topic. So to put something "on topic" on here....

Chris is still going to buy this sonic game. If not the first day, then a few days after. He'll say something like "I boycotted the game for a while, and so you should respect that". Or instead of buying it, he'll just try to shoplift it out of bestbuy.

It's amazing that Chris expects anyone to believe he won't buy the most expensive version of the game the day it comes out.

If they changed Sonic's named to "Splorgin the Goblin Cock Gobbler" and turned his feet into sandwiches and the entire game was about raising free range chickens that drank only puppy tears he'd still buy it. Twice. Because that shit is going to be on Wii U and DS and if you link up the games you get a special hat for your character that says "HITLER IS KAWAII" and a VHS copy of Captain N - Best of Megaman.

... fuck, I think I'd buy that too.

Thassokay, I'll just counter-counter-boycott his counter-boycott by not reading the Sonichu comix he doesn't make.
Also, I see that no-one is buying his eBay stuff anymore.
Is that considered a boycott or an embargo?

Look at Knuckes, Shadow, Silver, Amy, Tails, and Rogue. They all have arms the same color as their bodies.
Sonic is trying to MAINSTREAM!!
 
I've been boycotting cartoons since they went "All CGI", Chris, you can dislike something, I guess, but you can still accept that things change.

Why is his arm color such a big deal? First, fans went wild and upset over his eye color, now they don't like that his arms match the color of the rest of his body?

Well, just like everything else he learned from TV and co-opted into his adult life eventually, he's now enacting his rerun programming that's wired into his neurons.

Where did I leave the remote to change the channel around here now again? There's got to be a first run program on one of these channels that I can watch instead of this same old shit. . .
 
I have to admit, in all the uproar about Knuckles looking like he got a blood transfusion from the Incredible Hulk, I completely failed to notice that Sonic's arms were a different color.

In any case, there'll only ever be one true Sonic Boom - namely the song from Sonic CD.
