does this information explain something? I haven't been on KF for a couple days.
Sure it does.

It explains why there's been radio silence for the last month.

Keep mind the next part is just pure speculation:

I just looked up why an inmate would need to transfer in the state of Virginia and the first search is behavior that the inmate cannot willingly or refuses to change to adapt to the prison system and get along with his fellow inmates etc etc.

Now what facility Chris has been transferred to and why we don't know, but this is definitely a sign things might not be going well for Chris.

I'm going to assume Chris tarded out and tried to punch holes in his cell wall like 14 BLC but with a failed outcome. Maybe he got news Barb isn't doing well, or it was decided that Chris won't go back home.

Chris' mid life crisis came early.

Freight-train style that midlife crisis cometh.

I don't think Chris will ever realize that what he did was wrong but if he's been transferred to another facility for tarding out, he's at least realized that he's not getting out when he thought he was.

Well, I think this just changed today. I had alerts set up and I didn't get an email until this afternoon.

I think he’s been transferred to the State Mental Hospital or some other kind of medical facility, because it doesn’t list where he was transferred to in VINElink, just that he’s been transferred and CVRJ’s phone number in case of questions.

If he’d just been transferred to a different jail, VINElink would have listed that info, like they did when he was transferred from Henrico Co to CVRJ.

I really don't want to say this but it's possible Chris got transferred because he was going to off himself.

He's confined away from the general pop, so unless he got violent with the guards (probably not likely cuz they're packing more than just pepper spray) he may have had a really bad mental breakdown after finding out he'd be spending another 6 months in prison.

Just... Let's probably not be looking for him anytime soon to send a letter to anyone.

I wanted to initially wanted to post something like this. Perhaps with the passing of his 40th, Chris has an introspection (for reals) and thought he had nothing to live for and finally came to the realization the his delusions for coping weren't helping him. Or he had a heart attack.

Looks like @FinnSven predicted the future

If say Chris is hurled, I mean placed, in a facility for the psychologically different, how much medication and other therapy does he have to go through and it not work before brain surgery of this nature can be considered an option?

I know this is all wild speculation, but it does make some sense.

At the very least they always expected to transfer him to a state-funded mental facility and there was just a ridiculously long waiting list.

This would also explain why Chris did not immediately get the "cray cray "pills and complete the hippie transformation (vagabond appearance, Godplex delusions) there has been a work shortage in healthcare providers and from what I can gather online inmates have had to wait months in order to get seen by/committed by mental health evaluators.

So really this could all just be routine and the system was just backed up to hell and back and finally Chris just getting ready to be transferred after his last continuance.

Was there ever bail set for Chris, and if so, is it possible he's been bonded out somehow?

It would say even if hes being transfered to a state mental hospital since he would be going to an incarceration unit.

A problem with Chris’s beliefs is the end game is potentially similar to new age cults like Heaven’s Gate where they believe they need to ascend to the new and better dimension and death means nothing because they are convinced their consciousness will just merge with their new and improved bodies in this new paradise.

I'm still of the opinion that Chris is too much of a narcissist to kill himself. Would Chris even know how?

Thinking on it though, if he has enough "fans" harassing them at the court house and in a way the mail being sent that bolstesr his beliefs could hinder him in trial. Could it be possible it became an issue and they privatized the transfer to stop this?
This, in addition to fixing it so that Chris' mail is monitored, it could be a possibility.

Okay sounds like my hypothesis is correct. I didn't think it would happen, but the 6 month continuance is standard for someone transferred to a mental hospital for being incompetent to assist in their defense.

We're not going to be hearing from Chris for six months.

EDIT: Five months since it's been a month since the last hearing, which is when he was probably transferred.
