Yes, this encompasses bodybuilders but most people are just obese. It's accurate to say it's misleading but surely not relevant. I don't have a stat to hand on the number of people who are body builders or athletes that would have that level of muscle mass - outside of weightlifting and NFL, are any serious athletes really that bulky?
