Cyrus: So autistic he wants to end the universe just because he doesn't get other people, also managed to look like a +40yo dead inside drug addict at the age of 27. Space cult leader. Gets told to fuck off by Poke-Satan.

Ghetsis: Someone posted him already but TL;DR leader of the Pokemon version of PETA and also groomed his adopted child into thinking its basically Pokemon Jesus.

Lysandre: Similar goal to Cyrus but make it a world-nuking elite eugenics club instead of an universe-ending space cult. Has "billions must die" as his life motto. Depending on the version either kills himself via nuke or gives himself immortality and then gets trapped under a bunch of rubble eternally.

Lusamine: Margo Palermo level narc mom who would absolutely have a Beauty Parlour thread on the Pokemon world version of KF. Shit mom to her two kids to the point they both ran away. Got countless surgeries since she's afraid of hitting the wall because of her obsession with beauty. Cryogenically freezes Pokemon for similar reasons. Into aliens because they kidnapped her husband or something.

Rose: Possibly the most reasonable out of the bunch since all he wanted was to make use of the Pokemon equivalent of nuclear energy to avoid a future energy crisis. Was unfortunately as retarded as Archie and Maxie though and tried to harvest said energy from a dangerous legendary Pokemon, causing a kaiju apocalypse instead when it got out of control. Canonically a serial child groomer.

Piers: Not exactly a villain since his team is basically just a fan club for his sister Marnie that causes minor inconveniences for everyone else. So protective of her however he might as well have a sister complex. According to her he also hates going outside and especially hates swimming. Looks like an anorexic junkie.

Volo: Wants to end and rebuild the world out of a mixture of messiah complex and just being pissed at everything. Mad that god won't answer his calls. Is 2 metres tall and could have easily beaten up the much smaller protagonist but tried to get Poke-Satan to do it for him and got pissed when that failed.

Cassiopeia/Penny: Also not even a real villain. Retarded basementdweller hacker girl who was afraid of getting bullied so she got a bunch of people together to intimidate her would-be-bullies instead, and then got surprised when things got out of hand and school gangs got formed in her name. Despite her "uguu no bullying pweasu" backstory she constantly makes fun of others. Her room is a dark dank gamer hovel filled with garbage and possibly stinks of cat piss since her team/pets consists of only eeveelutions (who are based on cats and foxes).
