I don't mind transgender people. I just really hate the weird modern fascination with genital mutilation given the fact that I am Chinese and our country has had a really horrible grotesque history with eunuchs (even child genital mutilation). I just find trannies are all very tasteless.

I want back to play xrd with my brother after only playing strive for like 2 month, it's amazing how much better it feels in pretty much every way, it's a much much funner game to play

I see what they were going for, and yea, they fucked it up a bit. They could have went back and fixed it proper.

Japan in anything anime related likes to make black people's lips very pronounced by either doing it subtley (outline around/above the mouth) or ridiculously thick like a clown (i.e. the Mr. PoPo look)... not that I mind, in fact I find it funny.

Of the entire SF3 cast Elena was my favorite.
Too bad she was terrible.

even if they made that change she would still be super top tier, healing just took her over the obnoxious edge. it would have gone a long way to making her less annoying to fight against at least

even outside of the healing ultra she had some absurd tools, including a borderline unreactable overhead for 1 meter (15 frame startup and hits from half screen). her hurtboxes were also completely broken on release and a lot of attacks would just phase through her.


this video goes into a lot more detail on all the ways she was too good

a lot of people feel like she killed the game competitively once it was realized how good she was. every tournament player had a pocket elena and seemingly half the matches would devolve into healing grindfests. infiltration being a counterpicking scumbag and playing annoying runaway decapre and healing elena certainly didn't help with that reputation
