I talked about it in the vtuber thread and they quickly moved everyone criticising ukraine elsewhere. So much for free forum. Filian is one of the biggest vtubers out there. This is a big event with dozens of vtubers. All of them got cancelled by ukraine. But people are suppose to suck thumbs

General question: I know filian did the silly Russian collab stream where they joked about vodka and fur hats for like 3 hours, but is there any more to it than that? She definitely has some traction with slav audiences, because when she's live you constantly see Cyrillic messages getting deleted by automod. On its face, it looks like WePlay Studios are pulling out of the Vtuber Awards purely because of a refusal to condemn all Russians. Very reminiscent of the Israel/Palestine global blood fued, and I love being about to say that in a thread about a catgirl who takes laxatives before doing cartwheels lmao.

I wonder if filian even knows there is a war going on :story:

Prior to the full-scale invasion by Russia, law enforcement authorities suspected the crypto investor of large-scale fraud, and searches were conducted at Carlos Jose’s enterprise. It was then established that he was working together with the founders of TECHIIA Holdings.

On February 24, 2022, Russia invaded Ukraine. Amidst the general uncertainty of the future, Jose managed to close all his companies in Ukraine and leave to avoid potential problems with law enforcement.

There is clear criminal evidence linking IT entrepreneur Oleg Krot to these cases, but this is just the beginning of our investigation into the illegal activities of this “shady” businessman.

I had something like this happen to me after I thought I was getting a great deal on an after-Easter ham. Eating ham for every meal for two days made me feel like shit.

Anyway, I heard there was some huge drama with this vtuber, was disappointed to see it's just some Ukraine faggots pitching a fit that she dares fraternize with Russians.
