That's interesting. I can definitely say that looks much cleaner than anything I've seen through Splatoon when I tested that recently, so I can rule that out too. Splatoon's markers are extremely rudimentary and just painted over the screen. Whatever it is, it's using the built in telegraphs which are rendering under the UI, which from my experience, a lot of cheat mods don't do specifically so they're easier to hide.
Splatoon doesn't because Dalamud Mods all use ImgUI instead of OpenGL.

The only difference is Desolance brought up the receipts on shit that goes on the community, and the community is guilty of a lot of open secrets but nobody will say shit because they've made their entire identity this video game and can't let evil World of Warcraft win! They also refuse to accept their beloved streamers use plugins like Splatoon, and you'll never know they use it with how OBS can capture the game only, so you don't see any of it plugins being used. You can still tell though by watching their movements on stream a bit closely.
