To what extend can you make a "Based" FC in ffxiv?

Is it just only inviting specific people, like judge them on their adventure plate?
How would you go even on advertising it?

Im thinking to return and make a fc with "Old Internet Humor" and just see who bites.
 
I don't know if it got mentioned, but yes, they're getting rid of DoTs more and more simply to save the game calculation time and uncapping the debuff limit. I can see them removing buffs as well because the buff cap was a problem in TOP mechanics.

I had a friend link me a meme he reposted on his Twitter the other day, and if you take one look at that, his career is not the least bit "put down" as of yet. He still proudly touts himself as an official influencer for SE, Capcom, and Bandai Namco.

You can attempt this if you like, but considering the ecosystem and the pussies that inhabit ff14. Youll probably reported to hell the moment they find out. There's a reason why there's no kiwi farms FC.

Not sure which DC I'll make it on, might be an EU one.

If you must, a cross-DC linkshell is both easier and less easily reported by seething trannies. Just vet whoever you invite.
 
I dunno if FFXIV really has a core influencer community in the same way other games do. Other than media tour invites and opportunities to interview Yoshi-P, SE mostly pretends like the big streamers and whatnot don't exist. MrBrappy is the only streamer I'm aware of who regularly shows up on their radar.

I've been in an FC where people dropped gamer words constantly and anyone who didn't like it got kicked. There were zero problems with reporting, the FC only died because the leader left the game due to life shit.

The reason why the farms doesn't have an FC or Linkshell is because they die pretty quickly - a handful of people join and then never say anything and then someone just has another dead linkshell taking up one of their slots. KF is full of spergs and while that's not a bad thing, it's also not a thing you can really build an in-game community around.

tbh hunts are retarded because the underlying system is outdated. SE could just turn them into overworld critical engagements that everyone in the region is notified about when it's time to run them and it'd be significantly more fun than waiting for the tranny cabals to declare it's time for the designated 2am hunt train and asspat session for jobless losers. You could even give them more interesting mechanics and scale them properly so it's not 100+ people deleting a world boss in 10 seconds.

I've never really had this experience or issue (EDIT:) to the point where it's the 'worst' the game has to offer. I'd argue that the bullshit RP communities (there was a video recently about another FC Cult that popped up in my recommends) , the modding community, etc. are the worst the community has to offer because it's troons, sexpests and degenerates all the way down.

For Aether hunts, at least that shit is degen/troon adjacent rather than the main focus. Akin to living in a big city where you have to walk past the Pride loons during their day week month.

Some of the people running trains are fucking annoying ("This is the Cute Au Ra train Owow adkfjasldfjaf") or whatever, but I just show up, kill mobs, leave. Like, thanks for doing all the bitchwork, idiots.

It always amuses me how they try to cover their necks with collars or putting hands in front of them for photos in order to hide their Adam's apple, which is typically more visible with males than in females.

New expansion looks more or less the same of the flowchart release I come to expect. Nothing I'm really stoked about but I'm at least curious about the Beastmaster limited job. They better make Papaga or Lyon the Job-tutor NPC you talk to.

Thankfully their Truckasaurus hands do a great job of concealing their ample Adam's apple. Shame about the obviously mannish hands, though.

It's like six of one, half a dozen the other.

I agree but it would be cool to play with some fellow kiwis or make a FC since i rather roll the dice with you people than the trannies.

If a cross world shell was made, I would join. Probably best to make an Alt with a name that can be posted here, then people can send a tell to get an invite from the actual characters that own it. Separate forum users from their characters as much as possible. Just a thought.

Bridget isn't a troon, I don't care if daisuke "troon sucker" ishiwatari himself, drunk on "girl dick" decided it, it's a character that spent the better part of two decades being MALE and being refered to as MALE in both main and supplementary materials (and the sudden troon out given his backstory would mean he was groomed into it, but what do I know, I played the fucking games since XX, unlike these tourists) . Faggot ass author retcons can die in a fire and TTD can't come soon enough.

Any advice for sage? Since i see myself having sage as my main healer class.

Pick someone to Kardion and be your mana bitch, generally just throw out your raidwide regen, use your shields when you need to, your only big heals come from your OGCD resource so keep that on hand as a panic button/when you see someone getting too low/when you really need mana and you let someone get low on purpose just to get more mana.

Otherwise, you are genuinely a 1-2 button green DPS and most of your passive healing will come from spamming your DPS.

Also, keep your DoT ticking. Sage is braindead easy.
