Dramacow FineBros - Copyrighting React Videos Controversy, the Ongoing Shitstorm, Sadly Increasing Subs

Here's a point: How close do you have to get to be infringing "REACT?" Most reaction videos are similar, but what is their criteria? So far, judging by what they did to Ellen DeGeneres and BuzzFeed, they think that having children react to things is "copying" them. What a load of לְחַרְבֵּן.
No more filming your kids opening christmas presents for youtube, I guess. They invented kids reacting to shit. Before them, kids were emotionless blobs.

Good fucking god I just checked the counter, they're down another 10000 subscribers from when I checked it last night. And it's still plummeting. I'm just watching this repeatedly thinking

"How low can we go. . .how low can we go..."

Also the bots. That's hilariously sad and funny all at the same time. Just when you think you've reached the bottom of the shit hole you break through and keep finding more.

They don't care about it. They don't care about anything at all. Why would they? The outrage always stops after a few days anyways, and they know it.

Google's got us by the balls.

When a lot of YouTube channels are sparking outrage about this shit, you know you've fucked up. I mean, people have done exposes on Pewds, iJustine, etc. but it's never gotten past angsty commentators like TheAmazingAtheist or TheArchfiend. But with this recent fuckup, EVERYBODY is ragging on them. They are not only sick of this legal BS but of Youtube's infrastructure altogether.

I wasn't referring to the fine bros. I was referring to the google plus integration, but I worded it badly because I wasn't paying attention. Whoops.

And while it's true that the Fine Bros are getting shat on to no end, that might still happen if TFB plays their cards correctly, which they aren't. What'll likely happen is that they decide to cancel react world, not trademark reaction videos and everyone will move on with their lives.

EDIT: and as for Google, well, they're google, and they know how to respond to outrages about changes in their websites, they just don't give a fuck. Fine Bros is different.

It's always fascinating seeing people do every single type of PR response except for the one that would probably mitigate the most damage (i.e. delete the video, apologize profusely, burn everything). YouTube drama is always so entertaining because just have every single commentator with a camera and some kind of opinion jumping on the bandwagon to either share an opinion or go "Fine Bros suck for being greedy fucks."

YouTube's community is a fickle and volatile thing, and we've seen the alternative end to dying due to irrelevancy, and quite frankly it's hilarious. If more React copyright claims start crawling out of the woodwork, genuine or not, there will be ardent Redditors and other people waging this hate crusade for a couple of months, since nothing gets the Internet more angry than censorship.
It's also that very volatility and speed that made their success possible in the first place. Live by the sword, die by the sword, a fitting fate.

EDIT: It looks like the subscriber count showing on YouTube isn't even bothering to update anymore. Even they're waiting for it to finish falling.

Or that's how many bots the Fine Bros bought.

Also.
