Smaack has gone back to B1 to cry a couple times since the voting talk, presumably just because she's feeling bad about being unpopular and some people wanting to vote for her. The second time, she cried pretty hard for like a minute, then got up, dropped, did like 5 pushups, and walked out ready to go

Honestly it's probably because he's not white. There's been points where different girls were really uncomfortable with him around too.

This is where getting a veteran of reality shows or even 2000s Springer would have been a great move, there's a way to talk to someone in the heat of the moment to make sure they always shove back or throw something or does something else that fucks them out of sueing. the Jerry Springer show was a lot like Wrestling but instead of choregraphed stunts its behind the scenes manipulations done by some of the best for almost no money or respect, they pulled off insane shit to make sure a trashy show was able to stay on the air and be insanely entertaining.

Like as neat as it might be to start your entire enterprise from the bottom up without knowing anything about anything. For fucks sake at least listen to the experts.

A veteran from reality shows acting as a consultant would probably want a heft 5-6 figure payday for being a consultant. Those people have very special skillsets and don't come cheap. I can't remember what the entire budget for season 1 was but that kind of cost would probably be a good 20% of whatever they spent (besides the house) for a single person. It would also make the show very mundane and boring and just like normal reality TV.

In some ways them going without a consultant has been way more interesting because they just take risks and do things wrong. I am 100% sure they have hired a lawyer to give them fairly airtight contracts and also to ask what they can and can't do because them getting sued into oblivion is just not a risk they would ever take, especially with how much the show pushes contestants to the edge.
