With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

  • 1 Star — Absolute disaster. Unwatchable, boring, production fucked it up bad, the fish were lame

Josie and Damiel get along surprisingly well considering how much of an asshole he is to the other contestants. Chat keeps being dumb and trying to "ship" them but they just seem like friends. She just offered to push his wheelchair and he said he would be her eyes when she had the blindfold. I don't know if they get along so well because they live in the same room, or maybe it's because Damiel recognizes that she doesn't scheme like the other contestants so he feels more comfortable with her.

He's already been using his crutches wrong, if he wears them under his pits and puts his whole weight on them he'll get big fat bruises. He's supposed to kinda press them into his ribs.
He's going to reappear from wherever he went and spend the evening in pain on the couch I promise, unless they correct him lol.

I think it's the real Vance. But the bald spot looks shaved to me. I also thought it was out of character for him to help Letty change the sheets, but maybe it was just him leaning into the schizo role.

I kind of want Goldstriker to tell the fish cloning has advanced since they've been in the house (because I think they'd buy it) and then have a fake challenge where Vance wins before introducing his clone to the tank.
 
Vance is doing a good job acting, but I don't know how long he can keep it up. It's one thing to act crazy for a few hours - a whole day or two is much harder. I don't think he'll have the energy to keep it up anymore soon.
 
Sylvia is being pretty boring, and she has the easiest disability to work with. She could easily be entertaining by talking loudly and interacting with Vance. She could do something like trying to convince him to take his meds or something. The possibilities are endless yet she's choosing to either read a book or clean.

Or if she knew sign language and was secretly cussing out everyone and making fun of them and nobody knew what she was doing.

But that would involve being interesting.

She doesn't even have to know real sign language. She could just flip the bird repeatedly or make gang signs while acting like it's legit. Man there's so much she could do.

Sadly I agree. I wanted Vance gone first but he's really pulling through right now.

Where is Jon at? I haven't seen him in a while. I thought he was giving an interview but several people already came and went so where is he?

I think he is legitimately working out in the basement with Sam since he asked if he could do it.
