With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

  • 1 Star — Absolute disaster. Unwatchable, boring, production fucked it up bad, the fish were lame

My current working theory is half the cast are plants and the other half are autistic. Jon, Simmons, Josie and Mauro are all on the spectrum. Simmons and Jon are getting baited more because they have the least self-awareness.
 

the moment they make him say it the room goes quiet... completely buck broken. Ideally you would never let it get to this point to begin with, but if you're going to do it you have to lean into it so hard that you weird the girls out. The way he's obviously uncomfortable with it but still doing it is the worst of both worlds.

If we're doing fifty fifty plant/real predictions, Damiel, Jon, Sylvia are firmly plants, Josie, Mario, Vance are real, and I can't decide between Lettie and Simmons.

I'm going Damiel only. If they really wanna turn this into a multi-season thing, it'd be pretty dumb to go for a 50:50 split in the first season

Even in Damiel's case, I reckon they were just one person short, or one person pulled out last minute and they had to scramble for anyone they could get to take part. They can use him as a plant for certain, but it doesn't automatically make him one just because he knows Jet
