I don't think Sam needs any more barely-legal yes-men who won't challenge him & have no discernible skills. The reason people like Nick is because he's an opposite adult man who can counter Sam's theater kid autism with a frustrated normalfag gimmick.
 
Jonpilled content cracks me up, I think the 'redpilled tiktok edit style' fits better with him than it does on Sam's stuff. Maybe it's the speech impediment that really pulls it all together

Yeah Sam should look for middle aged people that are good with video editing and production and free to work on less-than-mainstream projects. Because when I hear of unemployed 40 year olds with visual arts and multimedia degrees success is the first thing that comes to mind.

As soon as I saw jet show up with no socks and fidgeting with a rubber ball in front of the contestants I knew the competency level of this show was way lower than expected.
