This here is an electric mat that creates static electric shocks that are not dangerous but uncomfortable enough to keep pets away from no-no zones. Now Imagine if you soldered the controls to a wifi-enabled switch and placed this under Damiel's bed. Whattya think fellas?

I like how as much as Vance is putting up with him as a means to an end, reading the bible to him was a bridge too far and he couldn't bring himself to do it.

Vance has completely checked out at the moment. And Jon's so excited to have a bro, goddamn. He's gonna be crushed when he gets chucked under the bus. All Lettie's gotta do is get Jon doing things he likes with her. She's bright enough to work that out.
 
Ben(?) summons Jon into BR4 and explains that Dam used to be a chef. Dam says he was trained by his sous chef, Jerry. When asked what it's called when you slice chicken, Dam asks if he can go talk to Jet about supplies, ignoring the question all together. Jon pipes up to say that don't they have much at the house and it would be good to have some "åbs and spices." Ben(?) says not to worry, he isn't expecting a 5-star dish and he wants them to be creative.

Jon being retarded, gullible, and having a speech impediment that makes him sound Danish and drunk makes him exponentially more endearing to me.
 
It's already been brought up multiple times but what was the point of Damiel coming back if he's just not doing anything? He doing less then Mauro did and Mauro slept most of the competition.

It’s a sore subject because his mud monkey mother took him to sous chef instead of a doctor to get his newborn head reshaped and they spatchcocked it.

That’s why I think the tug of war between Team Vance and Letty over Jon will result in an eventual Letty victory. She got her fangs buried in way before Vance, and while Vance can put up with Jon short term with basic bro talk and workouts he’s not capable of doing any substantial bonding. Letty is appealing to Jon on a deeper level by holding more nuanced discussions with him about topics he enjoys, and while Vance can go along with a conversation, he’s not going to be genuinely interested.

Anyone who has had a conversation with a friend about a topic you both enjoy will know this. The conversation is much more engaging and meaningful. Jon says ridiculous shit and somehow Letty still tries to relate to him without coming off as bored. Vance can’t do that because he doesn’t like Jon. Simple as.
