Frank didn't know what Josie did and didn't care about. It seems everyone who went after Josie had to go through the same experience which means the crew is just as ignorant or not disclosing that.
The socks thing was going too far and he backed off, but yeah giving her an apology was odd. I think that apology was Frank's concession and Josie realizing she wouldn't be bested by him from then on since there's not much he could do that bothered her and other fish were easier targets.

He tried, though. Not sure what you expect him to do with her feet when she would sit on them when he tried to get the bags off.

I mean just grab at them randomly throughout his time there is what I would have done. Don't give her a moment of peace. Instead he just went after her for a couple of minutes then gave up. I don't know, it's kind of odd coming up with ways to fuck with basically kids, but it doesn't take more than twenty seconds to come up with something better than what Frank and the producers have come up with.

I think it's clear the crew told him not to go after her socks after that. Maybe Jet was trying to respect her since Josie tries hard not to be sexualized, which seems laughable but clearly is relevant for her and her time there. He's personally given her leeway on her feet and attire more than a few times.

It's worth pointing out that the clips looked really bad without full context.

Cameron barely did shit in general. FRANK HASSLE UNLEASHED was just him sitting around chain smoking and drinking beers. He spent more time shooting the shit with the fish and being friendly than fucking with them by a wide margin. He never hassled anyone. He just fucked with their stuff some.

Haven't seen anybody mention it, but it was pretty blatant how Jet was helping Josie during the "Jet does gymnastics" challenge. So the challenge was that the both contestants had to tell Jet a physical challenge to do and the first one Jet couldn't do loses. Josie went first and using her barely functioning brain instantly suggested that Jet do a split. Jet was like "nigga wtf" and had to explain Josie like 3 times that she needs to suggest a challenge he CAN do in order not to lose before she suggested something easier. I wonder had Letty won the coinflip and suggested straight off the bat that Jet should do a split would the reaction been different.
 
I've never seen Vaporwave with dinosaurs or gross-out asthetic. Sam obviously is talking out of his ass doing the art/symbolism bit, but it's cringe and gay. Moreso that he uses it to give points to the wrong doodles.

My favourite part of that whole scene was when TTS said something like "LOL What would Goldstriker know about art?" and Sam gets obviously butthurt and snaps back "I know waaaaay more than you!" That's at around 11:50 in the video you posted.

It pains me to say it kiwis, but I think Sam is becoming the thing he always hated.

I have noticed that lately Jet has taken Letty's side on more challenges lately (possibly to try and balance things out), I just hope for the final challenge they really do leave it up to the contestants themselves and think it out carefully. But if they choose a contestant to win then there will be implications for Season 2.

Both the Hellhouse and Jet's friend sim concepts have proven to be big hits and draw in their own crowds. I feel production can take it whatever way they want and set whatever precedent they want for season 2:

Represents the original planned Hell-house candidate: is resilient, and fights back in a funny endearing way. Hated by many when all candidates should have been presented as unlikeable as she was, is also a HUGE money sink for hate. Hellhouse shouldn't have heroes, only villains. They unintentionally made her the protagonist of the show as it was the house vs her the entire game and every other fish has proven to be morally worse than her over time. Encouraged by the audience to not fight back or stand up for herself but has forced herself to grow in order to survive hellhouse, relatable although we would not want to admit it. Has Less overall appeal, but is respected by many (not the majority mind you) in spite of her flaws. Also creates social media shitstorms we have not seen since Trump Vs. Hillary.

Represents Jet's friend Sim candidate, a "blank slate" with widespread appeal as well as a HUGE money sink for Mentally Ill fans. She can be legitimately entertaining when given certain prompts but otherwise is unextraordinary and has not been proven to be able to stand the trials that are hellhouse. Experiences of hazing during the show have been few and far between, as well as being extremely mild whenever it does happen. Put on a pedestal, infantilized, even deified by some; treated more as an object to be revered than an actual person. Is frequently painted as "having very few flaws and always considerate of others", an ideal we'd like to achieve in ourselves but can't. Josiecasts can be very comforting for lonely or bored folks who are interested in what she has to say. But from what I've seen its just fans spending 30-40 bucks to ask questions to get to know her. Just save it for when she streams I guess.
