While not much goes on in the show, I have some stuff to say about the edited finale episode and Sam's teary-eyed speech praising Josie and Letty. Up until that exact point (and even still for a while afterwards) Letty was still being grilled to hell and back online, especially by former fish and freeloaders. With the exception of Mauro and Simon, everyone who was active on Twitter was making fun of her at the same pace they did in the tank. Vance's very first tweet after leaving was a dig at her.

It took Sam thanking her with a huge check even though she didn't win first place, giving her a long congratulatory speech about how good of an actor she is, having her write lines for WP2 and praising them on stream etc. for everyone to lay off, at least to some extent.

This meme was corroborated by Vance on a space when Simon joined and asked him what was up with people saying she smells bad. Vance snapped at him mid-sentence and said "I don't know what the fuck you're talking about" and reassured everyone listening that she did, indeed, smell like stale urine. Needless to say, nothing but radio silence on the topic of Letty came from Vance after Sam streamed with her twice. Sylvia backtracked, as did Damiel. Back when playing Ultima Online there used to be a program we used when macroing to monitor the situation even when doing other things on the computer (this was back when most people had a CRT and before multi display setups being common-ish) that would let you select a rectangle in one process and then it would pop-up an always-on-top movable borderless window that just showed that selection, even if the game was behind your browser window etc. Was really handy for multitasking and I'm now stuck with one monitor and this could be handy to get Fishtank with no extra fluff around it obstructing my other activities. Can't think of what keywords to use to look for it, last time I used it was in the 00s, does anyone know such a thing?

Interestingly, Josie appears to be crew and Vance is yet to be seen. As well, Josie did a community post on Youtube after her reveal and said she will stream during downtime/days off.

She's gotta be aware of how upset some of her fans are so is probably trying to get things to cool down and do some good PR. People will be happy when she streams but they're depressed overall as far as I can tell.

When you hover your cursor over a video feed there should be this little icon:


Click it and you'll get small (but resizable) borderless window that you can drag around your screen and that will always stay on top:


This is a feature in pretty much every browser nowadays, but sometimes it needs to be activated in the browser settings first.
