so all these people are fans of sam but somehow don't think he'd prank pull off an aids test? literally the sort of thing every person did to prank a friend for a youtube video back in 2013?
 
it's just a swab test and shinji has never had actual gay sex and is tested all the time, he probably has confidence in the fact that the results aren't correct, the line isn't even fully formed either
 
Shinji is not caring because it's either a bit and he knows it, or he already knew he had AIDS and isn't surprised at the results.

Thinking it's a bit because remember, they've been saying for days "At least one person in the house has AIDS!", obviously they were trying to imply the gay black guy but maybe they were trolling us and were already made aware that Shinji has it and he agreed to do this joke.

The warning on the test was explicit that a positive result isn't definitive and means that an actual HIV blood test should be taken. Jimmy read this warning out loud. Shinji isn't panicking yet because there's a chance that it's a false positive.

Edit: From @no-exit in the Kiwi chat. The test is likely invalid.

They almost certainly STD tested every contestant. There's no way they would let Shinji in if he had AIDS. They definitely told him to go along with it after he left The Cell and the site went down for 15 minutes.
 
For the people saying the test is real and that Sam is “freaking out”. What would have been the point of the segment in the first place if not to fuck with a contestant? $80 aids tests for funsies?
