With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

  • 1 Star — Absolute disaster. Unwatchable, boring, production fucked it up bad, the fish were lame

They left on different terms to be fair. I think this has to be a big mind fuck for the fish, especially Tay. She was bawling and very upset about the circumstances that lead to Jimmy leaving. She never saw the video clip, she was told by Danye what happened and he really made it sound terrible, which upset Tay even more. She probably doesn't know how to act after everyone told her how awful it was and how terrible Jimmy is, yet now he's okay to come back? She's probably confused as fuck.

And then when the fish mention needing to do things "for content". They cant just act on it without vocalizing they are doing things for content.

How do you expect them to react? Do you want them soyjacking at the camera or something? They are probably really shocked and have no idea what to think. I doubt they want to interrupt him while he's doing his thing.

Its really epic how everyone is just standing there smoking, amazing neptunian content jet. They really keep dropping the ball on everything this season.
 
None of the fish want to react cause its again a case of someone getting kicked then brought back then kicked then brought back. Whats the stakes of elimination if production can just decide that views are low so now they can bring back people that lost.

Maybe plummeting isn't the right word but the view count definitely dipped since he left, and the amount of people chatting and tweeting decreased too. I haven't been keeping up with TTS but I'm sure those went down without Jimmy there as well, he was the main one getting TTS sent his way.
 
Saw someone say they brought jimmy back so he could get hassled. Adds more to my theory that they told him that they are building a villain character just to bait him back so we can watch him get hassled. If this is true its officially back cause thats the only reason i wanted jimmy to stay.

the jimmy bit is incredibly gay and lazy. not gonna powerlevel but jimmy was shit talking production in dms as of a day ago. he just reiterated it by saying “the wiggers” came up with the dog fucker but. why did they let him back on? legal threats?
