With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

Alex is running a poll on Youtube, asking the audience who should win. So far it keeps being tied between TJ and Tay at 35%, with Shinji at 23%, and Trish at 7%

Edit: Final results, TJ wins getting 1% higher than Tay.

Alex Stein's freestyling is terrible and hard to listen to, but he's a talented host and you can tell he cares about the show.
 
I thought that shit was funny. The hate boner people have for Alex seems unnecessary. The structured interviews to a different audience was a nice addition.

I personally don't mind Tay and don't find her off putting. She doesn't come across as autistic at all and seems pretty normal when she talks. I am from the South though, so maybe I'm just used to hearing that accent/way of speaking.

TJ, on the other hand, is very grating to listen to half the time.
 
Somehow Trish has shown she's even stupider than I thought. She seems like a nice enough girl but holy shit there's not much going on in her head. She either acts like a negress or a child. I thought she'd be able to formulate at least something meaningful when she's being pressed on things like her arc or why she should win... legitimately seems like 80 IQ

Jet just told Shinji that someone paid to go on the show and have a date with him. For those who don't know, this is an actual fishtoy and costs $10,000 (not tokens, actual USD). I am curious whether or not this is the true. They already lied that Charleston White paid to be on the show, so it's possible this is a lie too and they will bring in an actor to fuck with Shinji. But I could see a very wealthy, insane fan doing this for real.

Jet explained this situation to Shinji by referencing his escort past, hopefully Shinji doesn't think he has to fuck this person. I could see the language barrier resulting in that miscommunication.

Yeah that's what Philippinos are like. She and Damiel probably have around the same intellect. The fact they're both drug users makes it worse for them, they're trying to run demanding software on an outdated operating system.
