That's gross and not funny. Frank always walked the tight rope between gross and funny and this is headfirst into gross. This isn't me being SJW fun police. Groping someone whilst they're drunk is considered a crime in multiple regions. Even if you are drunk yourself. I really don't like women at all for the most part and Tay's an unfunny try hard with no real personality but this is not right. If it was at least funny I could get past it but it's not. What purpose did this serve in the Neptunian cinematic plan? These retards are going to get fucked by the courts after all is said and done. If not by this, then all the other retarded shit they did to Summer, and what Jimmy did too. Do the drugged out wiggers actually believe they're immune to accountability and liability suits? It looks like they're retarded enough to think so.

Just how fucking stupid are you? Tay has been an open book and very trusting towards the Fish Tank staff, fish and audience regarding her insecurities with how she is viewed as a woman and her relationship past. Being groomed by a older lesbian woman who was a fucking basket case, ostracized by peers for "being a dyke" and her next relationship ending with her beaten into a coma by her boyfriend have left her very traumatized regarding any sort of display of public affection. Tay has struggled deeply the entire length of the show around any sort of conversation of a sexual nature, turning robotic and stiff when put on display like during Chris' dating show or the Alex Stein interview when they try parading her. Getting her drunk like this and having a member of staff bully her and break the trust Tay put out regarding this trauma filled zone of her personality is so unprofessional and unconscionable that it defies reason, particularly when they're at the final days of the show and the only thing staff should be doing is resting them and giving them pep talks while hoping they do well on the final challenges. This is a foundationally damaged sector of Tay's soul that was just thrown around for a bit of amusement by Frank when he should be acting more as a friend to the remaining contestants.
Most of the staff of this show are deeply immature people who have no business being in positions of supervision. Chris Lynch was hardly around, but one time that he showed up he was drunk and could instantly tell that Greg was intellectually diminished, he declared 'Anyone that fucks with Greg is fucking with me' which caused a profound sea-change in TJ on the spot, he had a moment of introspection and was horrified that he had succumbed to some of the worst impulses in the fish tank and was bullying a retarded person, resolving to change for the better. It wasn't some elaborate scripted thing by Sam and Jet, it was a simple moment of humanity that struck TJ to his core and changed him because he respected Chris Lynch. Chris didn't spend 40 days with the fish watching them on the cameras and interacting with them like Ben and Jet and Frank, he was around for a few hours here and there. The difference is that Chris had emotional maturity and respect for the fish and the others do not. The people that have spent the least amount of time with the fish seem to be the most protective of them: Cowboy, Bex, and Chris Lynch. The ones that spent the most, Jet, Ben and Frank seem the most sociopathic and immature, with zero regard for the individual they're tormenting, just a play thing to use and abuse only to discard them and talk shit after they leave a broken mess of an individual.
Tay may have grown enough to walk away from this situation unphased, and I hope she does. But it is easily the most shocking and disturbing abuse of trust that has gone on the show even if it was little uwu middle school kissing stuff. Its Tay's insecurities and trust that Frank exploited and abused that make this a big deal, not the largely juvenile actions that came out of it, and we have no idea where it could have gone because Cowboy intervened and pulled Tay out of the situation for her to break the peer pressure spell. This is just one more indignity shes suffered on the show that will remain on the internet for the rest of time, the constant stupidity with the bathroom cameras showing her naked and the debased things she had to do will be spammed at her for years to come if she has an internet footprint. Sure you can pull the line from the movie Airplane "They bought their tickets, they knew what they were getting into!" if you want to be immature like Jet, Ben and Sam, but people who aren't emotionally stunted would have never have done bathroom cameras angled the way Jet did or allowed such over consumption of alcohol right before the fucking finale. Adults put down firm structure protective structure and reinforce it over time, the production crew did none of this the entire show because they're immature people at heart, just the notion that they were stupid enough to fail to ensure the fish take their medications alone was indicative of that, they had to wait until Jimmy spergout #3 had already happened before they came to that conclusion during The Cell was happening, the fucking halfway mark through the show.

I don't know if this post was aimed at me but I have consistently called Tay a bootlicker who I have no respect for throughout this thread. I have zero attraction to her and think she is cringe. Frank being a creepy fuck is completely irrelevant to my thoughts of Tay.
I don't think this is ever going to court I just think Frank is a creepy fuck and this was terrible optically considering the whole Summer "I WAS RAPED IN THE BASMENT VANCE CRIED!!!" shit.

This isn't fun to watch anymore. I only pop my head into the livestream every once in a while and this thread occasionally in the vain hopes things can recover . Even if I didn't have an infant to look after I'd still have lost interest by now. I still believe this was all over after Cole left and the show has been spinning it's wheels directionless trying to recover. This thread is full of copium because the only people left are those who are so hardcore invested in it they're willing to overlook the massive amounts of unfun, unfunny, and pointless retardation that this season has devolved into. I don't understand that. It's well past time to give up.

A few points.
The Summer stuff doesn’t amount to anything, she’s an unreliable reporter, mentally unwell, and if Tay were to say, “I was assaulted” to a court they wouldn’t weigh the accusations of a mentally ill person who accused someone else entirely when dealing with her.
This is not how the law works, the law doesn’t look at the “optics”, it looks at what happened in the instance of the supposed crime.
You don’t weigh the legitimacy of one claim by looking at all the other claims in relation to a group of people (unless those instances overlap, which they often don't). Between you and me, I wish people would stop acting like it really “doesn’t look good” when talking multiple accusations in reference to legality concerns like this, it’s annoying as fuck and it shows how little they understand when it comes to the justice system.
SA and kissing, depending on your state is often enough separate. This makes sense for plenty of reasons. Two lovers may, at the beginning of a relationship, have their first kiss without consent (spur of the moment), often going in is enough for implied consent for most people. Some parents customarily kiss their children occasionally (a peck ofc, and while that may be weird to you, it’s not to them).
The mouth isn’t necessarily always a sexual thing, it can be “intimate” however. It’s often used as an indicator of comfort, you can tell a lot of boundaries by a kiss pretty immediately, the toe in the pool.
I’ve been kissed by men and women when they’re “out of it” or amped (I made no moves to initiate in any of those circumstances) and those did not inherently feel or indicate anything sexual. Which is probably why the law in plenty of states like RI have leniency in
reflecting fairly normal human experience.
The reason I mention this is that Cowboy probably took notice, saw the kissing, took it as a warning sign and took her out of it. I do not think they are worried about an SA charge from a kiss, this is more likely a PR thing, but if he did start touching her (more than just testing the waters) this could have gone real bad.
If you’ve experienced an unwanted kiss and a sexual assault; you will know the difference and you would think it absurd to conflate the two.
It’s unfortunate Taytriots, good job Cowboy (love that guy), and Frank really needs to get a beating or two and I think he’ll shape up.

Really baffling how they've used alcohol this season. I get it, alcohol is a content driver, on internet TV as in real life. But alcohol is also a life destroyer for some people. I'm not saying any of the Fish are addicted (though TJ certainly has no control), but it's something you need to be very careful with. S1 could have benefited from more alcohol, I'm tempted to say, but then I remember when they did let the Fish drink they had Jon puking. It shouldn't ever get to that point, imo. They had good control earlier in the season. What the fuck happened? Today was only the worst example.
To me, the getting Tay wasted was more disturbing than the kissing, Obviously the two went hand-in-hand. I don't think getting someone drunk by coercion is funny. Well, it can be funny, but it crosses a moral line for me. Especially given how Tay was targeted. If it was a party atmosphere and everyone had access to alcohol and got drunk it would be different, but here you had staff pushing bottles at one person in particular. Just gross.
Also, morality aside, hangovers will kill content. Low energy is already a huge problem and getting sloshed might be good for a few hours of content but the aftermath is a huge drag.

This is true, it has devolved into a shitheap, and for far too long. The only reason I continue following is because its a sunk cost thing and I've grown fond of the remaining cast and want to see how it plays out for them and a few days time isn't that long. I definitely wont watch Season 3 or anything else by this crew.
Cole was one of the more interesting early blooming cast members alongside Jimmy, and there was always a "what if?" mindset regarding how much entertainment he'd have generated over the length of the show. They lost him because the cult theme of the show included attack therapy induced dog-piling, taking priority over having a stable roster and this is where the season started floundering, people use him as the marker point for when the season began to collapse. JC, Summer, and Megan weren't really that interesting and their losses weren't that notable. Most of the remaining cast like Tay and TJ took halfway through the season to finally bloom into interesting entertainers, this is why you had a lot of arguments around the time that Brian got culled by production that he was a content vacuum, when in reality he wasn't really the issue, it was just that Tay and TJ were late bloomers and Jimmy alone wasn't enough to carry the whole roster. A finale with Cole, Jimmy, and Tay in it would have been far more entertaining to watch than Tay, TJ, and Shinji, solely because TJ and Shinji aren't good conversationlist and can't fill dead air times effectively just by talking to other cast members.

That's my main gripe with this situation. I doubt Tay will be traumatized by this, she probably won't even remember it. At most, I expect she will probably feel like her trust was violated. But it's very likely she will laugh it off and say she doesn't care.
That doesn't make what Frank did any less shitty. Jet likes to pretend they're professionals but this is yet another example that they aren't. Having production focus on getting one fish shit faced drunk and then doing physical stuff with said fish is just flat out irresponsible.
It's annoying that being against what Frank did is being labeled by some as being a Tay simp or being an SJW. Especially weird given the fact that I don't think I've seen but maybe two people on here that like Tay, almost everyone else has been indifferent or they openly dislike her.

Sam/Jet have been very lucky so far that the people who could sue them have either chosen not to or been completely insane. There's so many lawsuits where the fact that you signed a contract with a nudity clause or whatever isn't good enough and you get a settlement.
I don't think anything's going to court either but it's amazing how far they push it in a litigious world. (Imagining a jury watching chickens, Fatty, and Frank forcing himself on a bald woman is funnier than the show).
