Generally speaking, Josie was fun to watch because she was almost always doing something, was engaged with TTS at all hours, and put in effort on challenges until the end. The obsession with saying she "did nothing" is just petty at this point now that we've gone through all of season 2 and saw plenty of what actually doing nothing looks like.

If you were honest and just said "hey man I think Josie is cute that's why I make these posts" I'd respect you way more. Rocking back and forth and twitching isn't anything. It's not content. Like I said, it's petty. Something as basic as Stein having Josie help set up the garage for the seance later in the season and she's in the garage alone making jokes about how Stein is an evil man making her draw satanic imagery and how goofy it all is. I don't understand how "Letty poured brown stuff on someone's bed" is amazing content, because it isn't, particularly that late into the show when it's her main shtick by that point.

So far Letty and Tayleigh are more or less the only two returning to the tank who are still under the "returning curse": so far everyone who has returned to the tank after being eliminated has looked like an asshole because they overcorrect once they have read all the criticism about them online or overreact to the things they find out. I'm not sure if you could say it "started" with Damiel but it definitely started with Mauro, then Jon, then Jimmy. I think Brian is the only one who has come out unscathed but he barely had time to do or say anything and everything was basically resolving when he got there so there wasn't much for him to fuck up.

You could argue Vance hasn't had his yet but the way he was acting very arrogant and cocky about the season two contestants and coming up with very boring bits and being proud of them seems like paying the toll to me. I actually caught a podcast he was on yesterday where he talked about how he was deliberately keeping himself from distant from the S2 contestants so he wouldn't feel bad for them and I think rather than make him more creative or able it just made him seem like an arrogant prick who forgot how hard he blew it despite how easy he had it. Same with Josie coming through and being extremely uncomfortable talking to the contestants - she was, if I'm being generous, trying to keep herself from stealing the spotlight with her ~amazing popularity and in the process looked like a disturbed intern. If I'm not being generous she was phoning it in because she finally was exposing she had no idea what was ever going on or how the show was supposed to work.

I'm expecting two things:
Letty will come in with a chip on her shoulder carrying grudges that don't belong to her (Sylvia vs Jon, Abi vs Jimmy) and it'll read to the audience as her playing the victim because she's upset about things that aren't obvious. She'll snake without being provoked in a way that shoots herself and her team in the foot. There will be some reckoning because her mean girl bit doesn't work when she actually has teammates that are expecting her to work with them.
Tayleigh is going to come in even more deadly-serious and cold because she doesn't want to lose for dumb reasons again, and it'll freak people out when they're larping. She'll read like a party pooper because something funny will be going on and she'll be trying to make tactical decisions that end the funny.

I'm not being pessimistic really I think the curse is just human nature. Even Greg is talking about what he's gonna do differently and I think the first two or three days are going to be spent beating the stupid out of the contestants who are affected.

Dumbgay is just talking about TJ vs Shinji in the boxing match, he really got annoyed when Shinji went on his recent moping spell. Dumbgay went on a long rant in a twitter space about how Shinji was hardly fucked with during the show compared to the absolute hell that Tayleigh went through and gave a nod towards Trish handling it all well, commenting that both Tay and Trish came out of the tank and just started to grind on their streams to be successful while Shinji just wanted the success without putting effort in.

No one active in the thread these days has said those moments are good content, I've spelled out Josie's sane appeal plenty by now and each time it regresses back to "all of josie's fans are creepy perverts who want to fuck her" meanwhile Letty is completely absolved. The same girl who thirst posts to this day, wore skimpy clothes throughout the show and knowingly made some of her biggest simps her stream mods.

I'm going to spell out something below to show how retarded this gets.

And then we pressed @Aidan for examples of side adventures and the only one he could name was when Letty dumped coffee in Josie's bed and Josie couldn't figure out who did it, so it was really more of a Letty adventure.

Intentionally misleading. I felt like it wasn't worth correcting earlier, everyone has their favorites by now and, for whatever reasons, it's staunch a year on.
What's being referenced here is Letty (likely instructed) tried to conjure up beef with Josie. When Josie discovered the mess, she said it was gross and cleaned it up, that was that.. Until Jet, trying to force a script, told Josie to try to figure out who did it and Josie half-assed this forced script by just going around and asking who did it, everyone said they didn't, including Letty, and that was that... Until Jet, trying really hard to force a script, told Josie he thinks Sylvia did it and that Sylvia was probably lying so Josie needs to get revenge on Sylvia.
So Josie brainstormed with TTS on a way to get revenge that is more goofy than spiteful because she didn't care about some coke or coffee on the bed and floor. She ended up deciding to put on terrible makeup resembling Sylvia's and TTS agreed to compliment her constantly about it while she was deliberately hanging around Sylvia. This was cut short and required either jumping around a lot to watch this all unfold or being able to rewind.

This was on May 15th if anyone wants to run back through it.

Any Josie moments get handwaved away as nontent and apparently the above is a "Letty adventure." Chances are decent that Jet told Letty to do that and was trying to play puppetmaster, so maybe it was a Jet adventure.

Near the end of the season, Josie acknowledged why she didn't play into Letty's games or try to get revenge, there's no mystery here to why Josie didn't make the "content" some people insist upon.

I feel that the disdain towards josiecels and dissatisfaction with her winning has resulted in an inability to honestly acknowledge why Josie was popular for some people, as if Letty didn't have her own battalion of simps that she catered to, even after the show ended. I don't remember Josie getting any special treatment from production. She just managed to stay out of trouble by keeping a low profile, if I remember correctly. She was physically superior to Letty and won the last challenges.
This is the problem with how Fishtank works those that are entertaining get punished.

This means that she simply played the game better than Letty, who always managed to draw attention to herself.

TJ, however, got coddled by production. He didn't stay out of trouble but got help from Jet. The number of rules production made up to make TJ win was laughable.

This is what makes TJ's win so lame.

There was a twitter space last night run by Jon, I missed a lot of it but I caught some of it.

• Someone came in and asked Jon basically, "you have the lowest endorsements right now, how will you convince me to have my clan support you" and Jon exploded and said he doesn't care about changing anyone's mind and isn't going to do anything for him
• After Jon spent about 15 minutes picking on random egirls someone insinuated Jon was gay and he exploded again
• Jon hopes conditions are as bad as possible because he says he's the only one with any outdoor experience worth discussing
• Jon says he will deign to support Letty and Tayleigh in the game if they make him a sandwich everyday and if there is food provided and no need for sandwiches he'll come up with something else demeaning for them to do
• Jimmy joined the space and there was a segment where Jon was shouting questions at him
  • If they were animals, Jimmy thinks Sylvia would be a fox, Letty would be "some kind of Russian bear," Josie would be a coyote, Sam Hyde is a bald eagle "because he's American," and Scott Sullivan would be a cat because he's standoffish at first but comes around. Jon got mad because he clearly wanted this to be Jimmy coming up with insults and said Jimmy was just picking animals based on nationality but Jimmy said Letty is tough so she's a bear.
  • In the hypothetical established by Jon, Jimmy would have sex on camera during 2.5. Jon asked Jimmy if "the womb was white" would Jimmy have sex on camera and Jimmy repeated "if the room was white?" and Jon shouted at him that he meant "the mood was right." Other stipulations included the girl being STD tested and her being the one to initiate.
  • There was a part where Jon was trying to get Jimmy to talk shit about Sylvia which he doesn't do because they're not fighting like she and Jon are, so Jon had him bending over backwards like "in the event sylvia was mean enough to me to warrant me being mean to her I would be mean to her"
  • Jon said he's a Groyper and asked Jimmy if he's a Groyper too, and Jimmy said he doesn't know what that is. Jon explained that a Groyper is someone who hates Jews and freemasons and one of Jon's wranglers shouted at him that that isn't what a Groyper is.
• Scott talked for a second and said he's been on set every week since May and greeted Jon by saying they haven't spoken in a long time.
• Vance joined the space and mostly just said what he had been up to that night in an "I'm fucking with Jon" sort of tone, I forget exactly how he said it but it was something like "I'm just vibing... in a parking lot... feeling the vibes... vibing out..." type of thing he does.
  • Vance says he will arrive a day late and that's why there's a conflict between his show schedule and the start of 2.5
