With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

  • 1 Star — Absolute disaster. Unwatchable, boring, production fucked it up bad, the fish were lame

Truly treasuring this opportunity to have Fatty's stream just a click away and being able to not click on it and watch someone else and know, for sure, that he will not walk in or call anyone into his room and force me to watch him.

Probably part of the appeal is that you can say kike nigger faggot on it without worrying about being banned like on Twitch. Although I'm not sure if people outside of Jimmy would really care about that. *actually whats her face scoliosis was showing off stuff from anime con today on twitch and had to hide some to not get twitch banned.

Probably also if people wanted to they could probably dual stream to both this and twitch like how jersh does twitch and kick at the same time, but idk maybe not.

For the streamers themselves, people do watch greg, but idk if people watch shandi so maybe she will get more eyes being on fishtank website.

Also Sam was asking on Twitter today what features people wanted so probably also part is like..
They have this site anyways so they might as well try to do something with it and see if anything shakes out.

yeah, every single photo of her on instagram is filtered to bejesus and back. it is funny how obvious it is, even if we all didnt see clearly what she looks like sans filters, you can tell she cranks the filters to 11. at least int eh one jon posted her nose isnt as clown red as it is in a lot of her photos.

Turning Fishtank into a streaming site has to be the laziest roll out ever. Like IDK maybe have more than 3 of the people who were going to be streaming anyways stream on opening night?

ETA: There are a few more offline stream windows, they added Kato, Xavier Ravenblood, and The_Human_Moment (Ronnie), so more Jan content on the site soon maybe? Hopefully with this arrangement they can bring back stuff like the official Morrowind server that went up a day before Bitchtank ended

Edit 2: Kato is streaming some game, she was on the phone with Jet about getting her TTS set up, it appears Fatty already has TTS running. It's kinda cool seeing a bunch of them actually try to use this, now it's just a matter of if it fizzles out after the initial launch.
Kato mentioned she got fired from her job after returning from Bitchtank and has been jobless ever since

Most of the streams are very much nontent and streaming on the site isn't as fun as during a live season. It really doesn't add anything streaming via the website since none of them seem to know how to work anything properly.

I prefer they monetize off me in the way of 2.75/bitchtank than this. Acceptable if there is Jan/Ronnie content, but still.

She did get fired about a week after bitchtank, she said she did not care. Now she is having her personality molded by 4chan in real time, very cool to watch.
 
The production stream thingy was super gay.

  • October 4th is tentative date
  • All ages
  • No beating up the house
  • Still don't seem to know how many contestants
  • Portion of TTS going to the fish
  • No fans (lol yeah right)
  • Good audio (lol yeah right)
  • Bone chilling slow burn season
  • No more bathroom cams
  • Sharks are back
  • Jet seems to be very confident that it will be higher effort and people will be satisfied (lol yeah right)
Probably missed a couple things but that's the basic gist of it.
