I feel like since this house was quite expensive they probably don't want to totally destroy it, but also it could just be because a broken window lets in rain/cold.

They also have good insurance on this one and they seem to be shuffling a lot around to keep it in good standing. Bringing in small bits of booze here and there, limiting fights and romance, trying to deescalate Burt's mental illness at all costs.

I am a bit surprised at Productions restraint so far. I think the slow-burn is actually working and even if they have been a bit rash on some things, they are playing it slow enough.
I really hope Fishtank can get better with edited episodes after Season 3 (Season 2 has good episodes but it has taken a long time), this needs to be preserved as pristine as possible for the future.

That's my biggest fear this season. The best part of Season 2 was watching that house atrophy into a puke bog over several weeks. I would love to see someone just smash up the kitchen randomly like in Season 1.
