It's entirely understandable for someone in Mizzy's shoes to want to quit at certain times, the point is to overcome it and Mizzy did. Letty in Season 1 said she wanted to quit many times but never did. If Payton was getting the same treatment as them she would have quit.
In season 1 letty considered walking a few times, yes. Letty didnt spend like 9 days openly asking people how you can get eliminated without walking. But like I said, I think sitting around doing nothing like Payton and Binx is much worse for the entertainment value of the show.
