I can tune out Binx. I could even tune out Jeff. Even the most ear-rape SFX don't bother me anymore. Listening to Burt eat while he talks is literally the worst thing I've ever heard in my life.

Burt just casually broke down why a lot of Fish bs doesn't hit. When Binx came around him and broke a glass, he began his rant.

He basically said that breaking things for no reason isn't funny, it's contrived and fake.

He explained that the difference with him breaking the marinara jar, was that he did it out of anger. It had a purpose, therefore it was entertaining.

Then he called her a desperate "pick me" bitch.

See, I told you guys. Marathon and Halo are clearly set in the Fishtank universe. You think Jet putting The Fall of Reach in season 1 for Mauro to read was an accident? You saw all the Halo references in season 2. You should know that Burt is a reincarnation of the nameless main protagonist of Marathon and that Fish Tank is a direct sequel to Marathon Infinity. Whilst also finally unifying it with Halo as was the original intent with Halo CE. Obviously Luke represents Master Chief. And The Fall of Reach present in Fishtank 1 foreshadows this. Burt is on the right track about multiple timelines as the alternative Xavier we see is clearly an incarnation of Durandal who didn't merge with Toth (or maybe he did and that would explain his god like power and masterful trolling skills?) Burt is close to mastering control over time and dimensional travel as he did in Marathon Infinity. And when accomplished he will finally be able to go back in time and rape Alex as he wanted to all along. And that will be the end of the Fish Tank story.
