8 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 12, good internet (it has multiple livestreams), water below is swarming with sand tiger sharks (chill) and barracudas (not chill), parties and grills on top of the structure, in international waters, no neighbors, helicopter pad, located in Cape Fear (cool name)... there is literally no way this could go wrong :)
