People say there were big consequences to Alex B quitting a lot but I don't know what they are referring to exactly. Content kept flowing perfectly fine after Alex B was eliminated.
Agree to disagree. The week after Alex left was Hassle repeats we saw for two seasons. Then it was the five days of nothing to prepare for Famous House 2.0. Content flowed, but it wasn't nearly on the same level.

Alex had a timer on him from the start. He was never finalist material, he was always going to leave in a big crashout. The real issue is that nobody other than Burt stepped up to carry the energy level post-Alex. Mizzy was getting there toward the end of Famous House 1.0, but it was too little too late.

I could go either way on the Alex crashout. Bringing on his wife and step daughter felt like a good climax after he had been spending weeks talking about his wife, his money, how successful he is etc only for him to be completely exposed and humiliated in front of the fish and the audience - it was a good capstone to his character arc.

But they really probably could have waited a few days to do the Frank thing, and a multi day buildup would have made the reveal much funnier and more satisfying.

Alex B's departure had a big impact, but I don't think it was quite on the same scale as Jimmy leaving in S2.

I felt that Alex's exit was really good and some incredible television, and I didn't miss him after he was gone, even during the RV trip and Vegas. I do want him back for Bloodgames and I'm sure he would have been great yapping in the RV but I just didn't miss him so I don't regret them getting him out (which also got Connor out which was a big win).

I thought Alex was funny but he was starting to get that Jimmy/Cole thing where they inflated egos and thought they were untouchable because they were fan favorites so they started refusing to do stuff.

I do want him back for Bloodgames
I don't, because he was a little baby bitch. He wouldn't even fight Simbal, he just kept fucking bitching about every little thing. I feel like he would just be Jon without the speech impediment, and yell that the vampires weren't fighting fair.

To each their own but I think Alex being all talk and a complete bitch is a hilarious part of his character/personality. Him saying "boxing is for pussies" and being terrified of an actual fight after talking all that shit was funny. Also Jon was the best part of Bloodgames (besides Xavier) so that sounds great to me.

He's on the right wing grifter show, he shows up in the latest episode with Luke. The gimmick seems to be various wiggers like him, Luke, and some other guy sit off to one side to be cornermen for Sam as he bounces things off them on the show.
ryan is an awesome edition, as is luke. they're both a perfect fit imo

They should have staged the binx/alex wife showdown to happen in vegas, on a public street

At that point in the show they wouldn't have had enough money to reimburse the city of Las Vegas for all the damage to the sidewalk Alex's wife could do.

I'm sure most here remember ppv.land as the best stream source for live Fishtank, but it seems as if 'they' have got the guy behind it and CloudFlare have deplatformed the site. Does anyone know the webmaster and if they are going to get a backup site or is the premier restreaming site dead for good now ? The legal notice on the 451 page gives some court judgment in France as the reason for getting shut down.

Burt is currently live on the site, taking some calls.
Production seems to have strung him along for a bit. They want him to cross promote:

(he was also asking for ideas what content he could offer to have people sign-up on the site.)

keep in mind Burt doesn't like Zipp... [slight context: this was a "is it alpha or beta interview"]

Jet also recently posted in chat that it's advantageous to have people think everything's gone to shit and we should trust the plan...
Also makes it sound like they consider Blood Games a big thing now so it's not off-season filler to them anymore.

It's over bros. Jet spent all the money on shoes and galaxy gas.
Cant even do a bitch tank or lock a fat homeless guy in a room anymore.

Something interesting happened on Burt's stream last night. First of all, in the top left where the donation goal is, there was a message that said "Burt is on house arrest, court date coming up soon" or something close to that. When the chat asked about it, Burt said it was between him and his attorney. At the end of the stream, Burt's chat tricked him into googling "Stephen Alexander Bernard mugshot" (he forgot that was Alex B's full name). Burt looked it up and started reading into the arrest record and something he read there made him terrified. He looked concerned at the camera and asked "how did you find out about this stuff?" before abruptly deciding to end the stream. He IMMEDIATELY privated the VOD when the stream went down which is something he never does.

@Blackstar was able to dig up this which describes an Auto-Negligence-Personal Injury Case. The name and county point it to being Burt. That Case, however, was dismissed with prejudice so I don't think it's related but still interesting.
