With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

  • 1 Star — Absolute disaster. Unwatchable, boring, production fucked it up bad, the fish were lame

I'm going to be an autist and theorize for a moment:

The reason why Jet and Sam threw such a hissy fit over the /r9k/ and Marky shit is because Fishtank and MDE as a whole have a possibility of catching on thanks to that recent plug by Shane Gillis on Joe Rogan alongside Sam's political show taking off. Casting fans would be fine if they stuck with their traditional MDE audience, because most of us don't believe or disregard Marky-posting. A larger audience is unaware of this bullshit. Burt doing his recent spiel doesn't help things, considering he's FT reddit's top guy.
Production is caught up in this illusion of grandeur, and their past mistakes are shackling them.

Alternatively, this is all a ploy to bring in a FT veteran or interesting freeloader, which is a mistake mind you.

...Or they really are braindead wiggers and the galaxy gas and trenbolone are taking their toll, as is tradition.
