Nobody is on the outs, Daniel and Seth are a tentative duo, Angelina and Freddy cooperate and hang out all the time and Ellie and Wrench are a solid duo as well. Nobody even considers fucking with Aryeh. Angelina is probably the closest thing they've had to a "seasonal villain" akin to Letty and Tayleigh but that would require them to run Freddy out of the house. Usually the "seasonal villain" establishes in late week 3 very early week 4 and spends the rest of the season ostracized except for a freeloader passing through that helps them.
