With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

  • 1 Star — Absolute disaster. Unwatchable, boring, production fucked it up bad, the fish were lame

He's crashed out on every show hosted on the Fishtank site except Bitchtank, but Shadi's allegations make up for that. The bread incident, the mallet incident, and the 'tempted mowdew of Jon are proof of Jimmy being a stable genius.
 
It's nice to see the Sardines engaged in a more civilized form of combat than bombmaking.

Had Jimmy studied the blade instead of taking the Islam skill tree, he might also be there still.

Was he on Bitchtank? I think he was only on The Cell before Bitchtank, where he passed Letty a note to meet up after the show to fuck and then tried to wrestle it away from Ben when he found it. He also jumped out of the window when he left the show and tried to get Letty to go with him. Not crashout moments but still funny nonetheless.

I always get the Cell and Bitchtank mixed up because of how much they bleed into each other. He DID jump out the window though....

WTF even is the context for the bomb? Why did he make it and how did he get the gunpowder?
 
Burt has Dan on call right now and it's pretty funny. Some interesting details that make a lot of sense in retrospect:
  • Dan has been homeschooled since elementary school
  • Dan dropped out of homeschool highschool, however that works
  • Dan has never kissed a girl
  • When Burt asked if he's ever done anything with a female, he said "I did attempt to hold Angie's hand that one night when I was drunk but I didn't want to push myself" to which Burt hits the "NONSENESE!" soundbite when Dan says he's not gay
  • Dan never had a job before but volunteered at a convention once (assuming an anime convention)
  • Burt got Dan to dox his birthday
  • Dan's favorite contestants are Jimmy and Tayleigh. Jimmy because he "felt genuine" and Tayleigh because she's "more tomboyish than the rest"
  • Burt asked if there was a rule against sex on s4, Dan says they told the contestants "closet, bathroom, and no Ellie"
I'm hoping there could be some Jet stuff since Dan hates Jet but that's probably wishful thinking.
update: Dan says he feels the most connected with Jet out of all of production. HE'S COMPROMISED!

It kind of makes sense, they were comfortable enough around each other to be more argumentative and combative than most fish/production pairings. We also don't really know what happened during the hiatus period, he might of gotten to know Jet better as a person.

He asked the production people for items to make it, its not an actual bomb its just vasoline some tape and a few other things. Jimmy was going home because he had to return to work so he wanted a dramatic exit and it was coordinated with the crew, he came back out and said goodbye to the other people on the show. Unfortunately Sardine Tin is operating in one of the worst down periods the franchise has ever been in and Jimmy did his fake crash out so early in the day that viewership was probably 15-30 people, basically the only person that was around for the gaslight live was his long suffering tard wrangler Tayleigh who happened to be streaming at the time. Even she was in disbelief and kept saying "this has to be a bit." Which itself is another problem Fishtank has, everyone thinks everything is fake and gay now.

Theyre saying since Dan is saying he feels friendly with Jet, then him (Dan) being told 'dont try to have sex with Ellie' isnt going to be a jab over the accusations, but probably something contestants were told as a rule--but in light of the allegations, is more of a 'claim staked' rule.

Where was this rule on display? Was it something Dan mentioned in the interview or something seen stated on Fishtank?
