Fuck that, mints is great because he's a faggot who gets mad. Vance being around just results in "Vance is there?" "Yeah." posting, which I think is funny but I much prefer ginger faggot crash outs. I always wonder whether Vance actually has internal dialog, he just fucking exists. Also him snaking Jon out on blood games showed how much of a little weasel he is. He acted like he was his boy the whole time then sent him down the river.

Vance has a good sense of humor that is pretty different from the rest of the crew. He was the MVP of that bit in season 2 where the wiggers were running production from bedroom 2, which very well might be my favorite moment of that season. The cake drop in Season 3 is an all-timer fishtank slapstick moment for me and I liked his eliminations for all of the famous house 2 contestants as well. "The elimination x" bit got stale really fast but that's not his fault. Also, his prank call streams were legendary. I agree that he was a weak fish but I hope he comes back to production.

I don't have much to say about Mints besides that I find him funny. This clip of Mints calling Burt is the funniest thing he's done:

Turns out this Google doc is real and actually written by Burt. Last night Mints got wind of it while Burt was streaming and decided to distribute all of Burt's prize money as "magic tokens", causing Burt to have a meltdown. I don't think any tokens were actually distributed but Burt believed it. Burt was able to get Mints on the phone right after this and the phone call is absolutely hilarious. By far the funniest Mints has ever been. Burt loses his mind.

Then when tayleigh decided she was going to backstab and kill Jon he was all on board, the only person even having any kind of qualm with it was Jimmy funny enough. really, all we can do is wait and see, i was slightly skeptical of S4 from the beggining due to the lack of information compared to the other seasons and the second i saw they were gonna re-use the S1 house i was like "uh oh, i hope this is some kind of gimmick and they aren't literally trying to recreate S1" , i was wrong and as soon as i noticed i knew it was gonna be the worst season.

I think Vance is a boring fish, but a good member of production. I'm not sure about S2, but in S3 it was very obvious that even during famous house 1 the fish liked him and it was easier for them to interact with him, than the other camera men.

I wasn't aware of him before fishtank, but the way he engaged (and still engages) with alcohol right after, makes it very clear that the alcohol problem wasn't caused by fishtank, it was already a thing. He also lives with his parents at almost 30. Like I really love him, but I don't think fishtank made his life worse.
Idk if he doesn't want to be affiliated that closely, but they should really hire him for set design. He manages to match Sam's vibe of being somewhere between trash and art to a degree that Jet isn't capable of, but I'm not even sure Sam or Jet are interested in that at this point.

That really depends on the rest of the cast of any given season. A Vance-type fish will never be the main event, but a somewhat boring straight man can have it's place in a sea of autists.
