The funny thing about this clip is glove humour. If you pay attention she says "we take the gloves off" and if you pause the video you'll find her holding a glove. Reasons like that is why I'm a Fishtank Fan. It's subtle humour that goes over the head of most but when you really pay attention it's actually highly intelligent. That's why I'm excited for season 5 and already bought the full season pass.

in reality it's best if the new season doesn't even start instead of this happening after two weeks and every viewer getting blue balled like the last two times. mr beast, kai cenat, all of those faggot normie streamers/youtubers film all their shit inside of a warehouse, why do these brainless retards just not do the same thing? is it really better to save some money not having to build a set if you end up bleeding thousands of pissed off viewers and not even making money for the full six weeks? I don't understand the logic.

maybe there is something we are missing and they are allowed to film there, or they are somehow not even filming at that house. but if that's not the case, then Jet needs to get fired from running fishtank for real, it's just incomprehensible how fucking stupid you have to be to do the same thing a third time in a row. I am leaning more toward us not knowing something and jumping to conclusions, because it's really hard to believe that somebody would be this idiotic.

This point is moot, but he's pretty obviously wrong about the meaning of '—' in that chart. Why not just link to the actual source? There, you'll see:

'—' doesn't mean "no permit required." It means "you can't even ask for a permit to do this."
 
I think there's a good reason they chose the Atlanta area.

Basically, my read is that as long as they're covered under Section 50, Article IV, they're okay. The only way that they would not be covered by Section 50, Article IV, is if a judge decides they're running a "party house." The ordinance says the following about a "party house":

A...unit...used for the purpose of hosting a commercial event. For this definition, commercial event includes parties, ceremonies, receptions or similar large-scale gatherings where a fee is charged for the use of the dwelling unit, whether or not the attendees are charged entry to the event; or parties, ceremonies, receptions or similar large-scale gatherings where attendees are charged entry.

"Large-scale" seems intentionally nebulous. Is a 20-person gathering "large-scale?"

The hard requirement is that a fee is charged for the use of the dwelling unit. I certainly hope Javier McIntosh isn't receiving a fee for the use of his dwelling unit. I saw someone posted earlier that he's a big time producer/influencer. Maybe they're just paying him for that?
