The situation is confusing situation because the season 5 house is in Fulton County, GA, and Bam's April 7 court date is in Fulton County, PA. I would be surprised if he managed to get arrested down in GA.

In any case, I expect the government will drag its feet and the next real update will come from the Philadelphia NBC affiliate.

There is nothing about the hearing for him to be arrested for, it's just a scheduled court date. When it was discovered we just assumed he'd be out of the House that day or attend via Zoom.
